DeMonta Whiting received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Oberlin College in 2004. He currently works as a Senior Scorecard Support Coordinator for Results Leadership Group, where he supports non-profits, foundations, governments, and agencies in using Results Based Accountability. Whiting has also volunteered as a mediator for Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County, specializing in prisoner re-entry and parenting issues.

DeMonta works as a Sr. Scorecard Support
Coordinator for Results Leadership Group.
During his tenure with RLG, DeMonta has
supported a wide variety of non-profit
organizations; foundations; local governments and
federal agencies to support their use of Results
Based Accountability.
His roles in the company was not restricted. He
also worked to build the organization’s
administrative systems, worked to expand the
availability and function of Results Scorecard, and
managing outreach.

outreach and ensure the achievement of each
