and human services organization. Projects including conducting area wage
studies; development and implementation of employee retention program;
cost benefit analysis; grant writing; strategic planning; conducting interviews,
and training & staff development.

Director of Recreation Therapy & Eden Alternative- Beverly Healthcare,
Charlotte, N.C.
Coordinated Recreation and music therapy services for a 120 bed SNF and
short-term rehabilitation center. Supervised therapists, interns and
volunteers. Managed department budget and State grant funds, CQI,
program development and evaluation. Coordinated Eden Alternative
activities. Facilitated teams; provided training to team leaders and committee

1993-1995
Teacher & Recreation Therapist –
