Linda Quinn has over 30 years of experience in nursing education. She currently serves as the Director of the School of Nursing and Professor at Midland University. Her experience also includes roles as an Associate Professor, Student Advancement Coordinator, and Adjunct Professor at Nebraska Methodist College. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Capella University and masters degrees in Counseling and Nursing. Quinn has extensive experience developing, teaching, and revising nursing curriculum to meet accreditation standards. She is published and has presented on topics related to nursing education, leadership, collaboration, and self-care.

development of curriculum to meet state, regional, national and local health care needs
and adhere to accreditation and regulation requirements. Additional responsibilities
include collaboration with community agencies and partners, oversight and mentoring of
new faculty, and supervision of administrative coordinator, assistant director, full, and
part time faculty. Collaborate interdepartmentally with members of the Midland
University Community to ensure nursing student success. Reorganized the structure and
functioning of the nursing department. Initiated the revision of the BSN curriculum,
program outcomes, and instituted NCLEX success measures leading to improved student
success on NCLEX. Revised the RN to BSN program curriculum, and transitioned all
coursework to an online format. Approval for curriculum and student learning outcome
changes was received from the State Board of Nursing and the accreditation agency.
