Introduction
• Martha McGinn Training & Consultation has been set up to
  design and deliver high quality evidence-based training to caring
  services for older persons and people with intellectual, physical
  and / or sensory disabilities. We specialise in developing tailor
  made programmes following Training Need Analysis and we are
  an accredited FETAC registered provider. An Bord Altranais
  Category 1 Approval will be awarded to learners who complete
  any of our programmes. Specific training programmes have also
  been designed to the following accredited standards, such as:
   – Institute of Leadership and Management
   – College of Pharmacy Practice
   – British Institute of Learning Disability Physical Intervention

Mission Statement
• ‘ To provide learners with courses which
  emphasises good outcomes for older people,
  and promotes and protects the rights and dignity
  of all learners. We endeavour to create a safe,
  respectful and supportive environment, while
  making all courses as accessible as possible so
  that learners from different ethnic, cultural,
