The first step begins by in-
dividually studying the pro-

of them is laser cut by lead-
ing companies in the country
and then primed with electro-
static paint in an oven which
provides it with the highest
quality and durability.

3. Once all the parts have been
finished, a specialized team
travels to the customer’s
premises in order to carry
out the assembly and com-
missioning of the machinery,
while those workers who will
later operate it are trained to
use it.
The years of experience in
the manufacturing have al-
lowed us to make improve-
ments, such as avoiding
welds, so the assembly of the
machine is carried out as if it
were a meccano with screws.
This results in great savings
in maintenance and also fa-
cilitates mobility. Thus, a
production line could be in-
stalled in one location and
be moved to another without
any problems.
Our machines meet all the
needs of precast plaster, in-
cluding kneader-dispenser,
trolleys for production lines,
fiber cutter, grinder, plas-
ter receiving hopper, gauge,
containers for debris, board
packager, drying cages, etc.

mold selling service for the
various models requested.
