Computer 3D Modeling:
Carlsbad Company Stores ‐ 300,000 sf factory outlet center ‐ supervised staff during
construction and rendering of detailed 3D computer model and produced various animations
showing interior of mall and detailed sunlight animation studies.
Pacific Theatres Grossmont Trolley Center ‐ produced detailed 3D computer models of various
designs for design analysis and presentation to City Design Review Board.
Koll Huntington ‐ produced 3D computer model of proposed 40‐story tower and placed within
San Diego City model (see below) for massing and skyline analysis.
One America Plaza ‐ produced several 3D computer models including a 100 square block model
of downtown San Diego for building massing studies and sight line view corridor analysis.
Additional models developed for detailed analysis of building geometry and accurate square
footage calculations. San Diego model also utilized for marketing and pre‐leasing of facility as it
could demonstrate to a prospective tenant what their views would be like from any floor years
before the building was completed.
Hazard Center ‐ produced 3D computer model of geometrically complex retail facility for
accurate perspective generation and rendering.
