How to Approach and Use the New Rep Success System
As a MaxGroup Business Solutions Teammate, we want to help you maximize our generous
Compensation Plan by providing you with this step by step turn-key system for success. Our
tools, training website and leadership team will provide you with everything you will need to go
from “What the heck do I do now?” to “Oh, I’ve got this, piece of cake! Get out of my way.”
We highly suggest that you take the time to go through this Success System page by page, item
by item in the order we have provided. Use a highlighter and pen and pad. Review this at least
twice, and write down any questions left after digesting this material. Review the many
documents, audio and video trainings located in the MBS Back Office for Reps under Team
Login that is our Rep Resource Training Section.
Feel free to call your sponsor or Jeff Peltin or Mark Skovron personally for the answers to
anything that you are unclear about but ONLY after your investment of a careful review of our
system. “Help us – Help you!” That’s only fair, right?
To succeed in building a large base of accounts (portfolio) so that you receive a large residual
income stream, you do not have to be an expert on each product or each feature. You
SHOULD however be knowledgeable about the different product lines, and the plans, the
pricing, and what each plan provides.
KEY PRINCIPLE: You should at least know what each of the features is, and how it
BENEFITS your prospects turning them into customers. Always when speaking to a
prospective new account – speak in terms of THE BENEFITS TO THEM, almost anything
else you say is wasted. Figure out what they want – then show them how to get it
through MaxGroup.
It is suggested that you invest a minimum of 4 to 6 hours in study initially before calling on
prospective customers. Now don’t get stuck in “analysis paralysis,” but you do need a cursory
knowledge base to begin.
From that point, a Rep engaged in only moderate efforts can expect to be feeling competent
and effective in about 4 weeks while a Rep applying more effort will probably achieve that level
of competency in about half of that time.
Moving forward, it is also important that you read our Rep Newsletters, Email Blasts, attend any
conference calls and webinars, and that you revisit the website often for the first few weeks;
each time adding to your product knowledge and preparing yourself to be well-versed to explain
the benefits and answer your customer’s questions.

The Perfect Storm
Why Mobile Marketing?
Okay, there is some “technical-stuff” coming here, but it is worth the read.
You won’t use all of this in the field, but you need to know that MBS is in the eye of the storm!
Think about it – If you owned a business, how would you promote and increase your business?
How would you reach your customers? Would you default (as most do) to newspapers,
magazine, coupon and web-based ads? Let’s see how that’s currently working for them.
Challenge for Business Owners
More than ever before business owners are faced with the challenge of how to connect and
engage their customers to increase their revenue. The mobile revolution is a game changer.
In the past business owners have relied on traditional methods of marketing such as,
newspaper, television, radio, etc. but as you can see from the current statistics below –
those forms of marketing are not yielding the ROI that businesses want or need.
Traditional methods of marketing are down
• Newspaper Circulation is down 18.7%
• Television (for the Biz that can afford it) is down 10.1%
• Radio is down 11.7%
• Magazines are down 14.8%
• Coupon Campaigns and Deal-Of-The-Day Web Offers are very expensive and usually
cannibalize about 50 – 90% of the business’s new revenue and take months of advance
planning to even initiate
So then, what is the most effective way – bar none?
• Digital Marketing is UP 9.2%
• Mobile Based Marketing is UP an astonishing 18% and increasing monthly
• And mobile is projected to increase by a staggering 800% in the next few years
The Mobile Revolution
The mobile revolution has changed the entire marketing industry. The most efficient and
effective ways for businesses to reach their customers is using Mobile Phone technology.
Think about it, what are the 3 things you take with you when you leave your home? You take
your keys, wallet and Mobile Phone. What do you check first: Email or Text Message? This is
why the Mobile Phone is the perfect vehicle for your (Biz) customers to reach their customers!
The Mobile Phone has become a way of life:
• 257 million mobile phone subscribers in the U.S. alone
• 1.8 billion text messages are sent per day
• Mobile devices are on and within reach an average of 16 hours per day
• There are 2 times as many text users as are users of email
• 98% of text messages are read within 4 minutes vs. 48 hours with email communication
• Mobile alerts (texts) drive 1 out of 3 recipients to a business and 27% of those make a
purchase immediately – that is impact
• 71% of Generation Y (16-31 years old) will use mobile coupons to get e-commerce

• In 2015, 81% of U.S. cell users have smartphones
• 53% of consumers use smartphones to access search engines at least once a day
• The smartphone market is now larger than the PC market

• 64% of U.S. mobile web users only access the web from their mobile phones
• Mobile became bigger than Internet in 2015

• Mobile searches will generate 27.8 billion more queries than desktop searches by 2016

• 52% of adult cell phone owners use their devices while in a store to get help with

• 67% of consumers will use their smartphones to find store locations, 59% to compare
prices, 51% to obtain product information, 46% to check product availability, 45% to read
reviews, 45% to shop online, 41% to find and use coupons, 40% to scan bar codes, and
35% to access social media (Source: Deloitte’s 2011 Annual Holiday Survey)
• 58% of mobile shoppers are age 18-34 and 34% of mobile shoppers make $100,000 or
more a year (Source: comScore/Millennial Media Mobile Retail Study, 2011)
• Consumers are 51% more likely to purchase from businesses that have mobile-specific
websites (via Mobile Shopper session at NRF 2011)
• 79% of smartphone users found it useful to download mobile coupons to their phones
(Source: Accenture, reported by Internet Retailer, 2010)
• 73% of shoppers with smartphones prefer to reference their mobile device while in-store
rather than ask a sales associate for help (Source: Accenture, reported by Internet
Retailer, 2010)
• 71% of Generation Y respondents (approximately 16-31 years old) said they use mobile
coupons to get e-commerce discounts (Cognizant Technology Solutions and RIS News,
2010)
You are not expected to memorize or use all of the statistics above. They are published within
this manual to instill in you the belief level of right place, right time.
KEY PRINCIPLE: There are already more mobile cell phones in the world than ALL of the
TVs (television sets) and PCs (personal computers) added together. Customers EXPECT
to find a business/organization website online. In 2013, for the first time, more websites
were accessed via mobile devices than traditional PCs. So why would any business or
organization use any other marketing solution over a mobile marketing or SEO solution?

(II) Mobile Websites: Mobile Websites are designed specifically for retrieval by mobile smart
phones only. They are created from scratch and are “menu driven” making them very attractive
and simple to navigate. This is NOT just optimizing a desktop site. (“Responsive Sites”)
A less expensive option is to “Optimize” an existing desktop site making it only slightly more
responsive to mobile devices, but it will be much less mobile user friendly, although MBS can
accomplish this also should the customer prefer. This option will NOT be tab/menu driven.
Mobile Websites are one of the hottest and fastest selling technologies in the mobile marketing
space today. Traditional desktop sites, no matter how attractive are simply not mobile friendly
for a smart phone – even desktop sites marketed as “responsive” simply do not load onto a
mobile device correctly, which ultimately frustrates the consumer.

THE MAXGROUP BUSINESS MODEL FOR REPS
The Free Agent Revolution
The MaxGroup Business Model is that products/services are sold and serviced thru a vast
nationwide distribution system of Representatives who are each self-employed independent
(IRS-1099) contractors and who operate their businesses when, where and how they work,
or if they work at all.
Reps are sourced and contracted via MBS who wish to produce (sell) only, as well as other
Reps who choose to engage in selling via organizational (team) building. Reps at all ranks
(MDS/RVPS/SVPS) are compensated additionally only on personal and team SALES.
Recruiting is never required and compensation is never paid for recruiting or sponsoring other
Reps. Compensation is paid ONLY on the sale of our MBS products and services to the
client.
Rank definitions and qualifications are for marketing purposes, to establish distinctions in
responsibilities, and to define eligibility for additional compensation available. The following
three (3) ranks are recognized and rewarded differently by MaxGroup:

ACTIVE SMS/SEO ACCOUNTS <30 30-119 120+ (30+ Web & 30+ SEO)
ACTIVE MOBILE/DESK SITES & SEO NA NA 30+
RECURRING POINTS (SMS/SEO) NA 45,000+ 180,000+
All rank achievements are based only on active (“funded” – paid up) account portfolios. There
are no “sponsoring or building” requirements for rank. Both “builders of teams” and “individual
producers” may achieve equal ranks. See Compensation & Rank Achievement Guidelines.
As such, MaxGroup is defined and operates as a “General Agency” model much the way a real
estate company or insurance agency would operate. MaxGroup is NOT a Network Marketing or
Multilevel company, nor do we operate as such.
Although MaxGroup is not “looking for everyone,” MBS was created as an alternative to jobs,
the lack of jobs, the current economy, low wages, and as an answer for businesses and
organizations to benefit as previously explained.

MBS is very proud that an individual, if so driven, can operate their MBS business “part-time,
full-time, or big-time” at their option. The Co-Founders have been personally self-employed and
business creators themselves for over 25+ years each. As such, they have a very strong
relationship to what they have termed “The Free Agent Revolution.”
It is the belief of the MBS Co-Founders and those leaders who excel at MaxGroup that certain
people can only flourish best personally, professionally, financially and spiritually when provided
with an opportunity to be their own boss, experience freedom with responsibility, and have no
cap on their income potential. MaxGroup was created as a home for those people.
To this end, MBS does not prejudge who will do well at this business model, but common
denominators which seem to be precursors of success of the top earners at MBS include the
following qualities and character traits:
Entrepreneurial Mindset – Ownership Mentality
Professional Image & Great Communication Skills
Flourish with little supervision or accountability and don’t want a “boss”
Disciplined and Self-Starters – Lots of initiative
Enjoy working alone, yet with a support team that is always available
Problem solvers – “Get out of my way, I’ve got this” mentality
Financially Motivated – Because the money is here for certain!
And love, love, love working with a team of positive thinkers and endless dreamers
Reps referred to in the beginning stages as Marketing Directors will be cultivating business,
organizational and individual accounts (customers). An MD should expect to speak to many
prospects, anticipate a simple 30-45 minute presentation from the “Go Mobile” and “SEO” MBS
brochures and their own smart device (as tools), answer a few questions, and “close” the
account on whatever the end-user grasps can help him/her achieve their objectives.
Although there can be no guarantees, using years of MBS Rep actual data, and feedback from
dozens of Reps, MBS shall present the following scenarios as possible, if not, typical:
MBS Rep Statistics:
• Of 2,000+ MBS Reps: 75% – 80% of our Rep Team identify as “spare-time to part-time”.
• Spare-Time Reps turn in a new account perhaps once per month to every other month.
• Part-Time Reps average 1-4 new business accounts monthly.
• Full Time Reps average 3+ (some @ 5 – 10+) new business accounts weekly.
• Some Reps accomplish much higher results, but they are not typical.
• Even Reps that identify as full-time report an average of working only 30 hours/week.
• Most members of the Rep Team average two products per each business account.
• Very few of our Rep Team ever “recruit” any other Reps. (Not required)
• Of those that do “build a Team,” they only average 3 – 6 Reps total on their team.
NOTE: The terms “spare time, part time, full time” are used as reference examples only
throughout this manual for convenience only. In strict compliance with IRS guidelines, the
COMPANY acknowledges and encourages the REP to always determine at his/her sole
discretion the direction about when, where, and how the REP will accomplish their objectives.
COMPANY does not exercise control over Reps behavior or financial circumstances as they
pertain to when, where and how they work, or if they work at all.
The illustrations below, show only Reps making sales, with NO Rep Team income,
although all Reps who build a team of any size are paid on the results (sales) of their team.

“PART TIME” INCOME EXAMPLE (10 Hours Week average)
Rep activates 4 business accounts month/ 1 per week average with the two of the most popular
products: SMS/Text Select Plan ($159.95/mo.) & Mobile Site Premium ($895).
This would generate Up Front commissions (paid weekly) for the month at $1,400.
That’s a great part-time income for the ultimate in flexibility while still building Residual Income.
“FULL TIME” INCOME EXAMPLE (30 Hours Week average)
Rep activates 12 business accounts month/ 3 per week average with the two of the most
popular products: SMS/Text Select Plan ($159.95/mo.) & Mobile Site Premium ($895).
Because this level of commissions activates additional RANK and MONTHLY bonuses, monthly
income would be: $4,760 Front End, not including the Residuals which would have begun
month 2.
In this example, if accomplished in 10 months, in month 11, if the Rep were still activating the
same amount of new accounts exactly as the example illustrates, the monthly income would be
as follows:
New Account Rep Front End Commissions: $4,760
Residual Commissions on SMS Active Accounts: $7,200
Residual Commissions on Mobile Site Hosting Fees: $1,200
Total Monthly Income: $13,160
If the Rep ALSO activated 1 Local SEO client per month for 10 months, their Residual
Income would be increased by an additional $3,000! ($300 X 1 per month X 10 months.)
Total Income with SEO: $16,160 per month and growing. This is with no team sales
commissions. Average time it takes new Rep to learn our business: Less than 1 month – Really!
KEY PRINCIPLE: A part-time person can seriously impact their income for a few hours a
month – which is why many of them go full-time (at their option). For a full-time person
investing about 30 hours weekly, their target income should be a least $50,000 first year,
and by second year, their Residual Income should be at $50,000 alone with a goal of over
$100,000 for the year. There is simply no other more in demand or more quickly
embraced idea than for businesses to go mobile. This has created perhaps the largest
and most lucrative business model for Free Agent Reps in the country in our lifetime.
Also, MBS Reps report and display a very high level of happiness, fun and satisfaction
resulting in an extremely high level of retention.
The above are hypothetical examples for illustration and training purposes only for members of
the MBS Rep Team and may not be distributed to the general public. Consult the Compensation
Snapshot (FORM: 1047) for quick reference, consult the Compensation and Rank Achievement
Guidelines (FORM: 1003) for details, and please refer to the MaxGroup Income Disclosure
Statement (IDS) in the back of this manual. Examples are NOT guarantees.

Our tools, training website and leadership team will provide you with everything you will need to go from “What the heck do I do now?” to “Oh, I’ve got this, piece of cake! Get out of my way.” We highly suggest that you take the time to go through this Success System page by page, item by item in the order we have provided. Use a highlighter and pen and pad. Review this at least twice, and write down any questions left after digesting this material. Review the many documents, audio and video trainings located in the MBS Back Office for Reps under Team Login that is our Rep Resource Training Section. Feel free to call your sponsor or Jeff Peltin or Mark Skovron personally for the answers to anything that you are unclear about but ONLY after your investment of a careful review of our system. “Help us – Help you!” That’s only fair, right? To succeed in building a large base of accounts (portfolio) so that you receive a large residual income stream, you do not have to be an expert on each product or each feature. You SHOULD however be knowledgeable about the different product lines, and the plans, the pricing, and what each plan provides. KEY PRINCIPLE: You should at least know what each of the features is, and how it BENEFITS your prospects turning them into customers. Always when speaking to a prospective new account – speak in terms of THE BENEFITS TO THEM, almost anything else you say is wasted. Figure out what they want – then show them how to get it through MaxGroup. It is suggested that you invest a minimum of 4 to 6 hours in study initially before calling on prospective customers. Now don’t get stuck in “analysis paralysis,” but you do need a cursory knowledge base to begin. From that point, a Rep engaged in only moderate efforts can expect to be feeling competent and effective in about 4 weeks while a Rep applying more effort will probably achieve that level of competency in about half of that time. Moving forward, it is also important that you read our Rep Newsletters, Email Blasts, attend any conference calls and webinars, and that you revisit the website often for the first few weeks; each time adding to your product knowledge and preparing yourself to be well-versed to explain the benefits and answer your customer’s questions. You won’t use all of this in the field, but you need to know that MBS is in the eye of the storm! Think about it – If you owned a business, how would you promote and increase your business? How would you reach your customers? Would you default (as most do) to newspapers, magazine, coupon and web-based ads? Let’s see how that’s currently working for them. As such, they have a very strong relationship to what they have termed “The Free Agent Revolution.” It is the belief of the MBS Co-Founders and those leaders who excel at MaxGroup that certain people can only flourish best personally, professionally, financially and spiritually when provided with an opportunity to be their own boss, experience freedom with responsibility, and have no cap on their income potential. MaxGroup was created as a home for those people. To this end, MBS does not prejudge who will do well at this business model, but common denominators which seem to be precursors of success of the top earners at MBS include the following qualities and character traits: Entrepreneurial Mindset – Ownership Mentality Professional Image & Great Communication Skills Flourish with little supervision or accountability and don’t want a “boss” Disciplined and Self-Starters – Lots of initiative Enjoy working alone, yet with a support team that is always available Problem solvers – “Get out of my way, I’ve got this” mentality Financially Motivated – Because the money is here for certain! And love, love, love working with a team of positive thinkers and endless dreamers Reps referred to in the beginning stages as Marketing Directors will be cultivating business, organizational and individual accounts (customers). An MD should expect to speak to many prospects, anticipate a simple 30-45 minute presentation from the “Go Mobile” and “SEO” MBS brochures and their own smart device (as tools), answer a few questions, and “close” the account on whatever the end-user grasps can help him/her achieve their objectives. Although there can be no guarantees, using years of MBS Rep actual data, and feedback from dozens of Reps, MBS shall present the following scenarios as possible, if not, typical: MBS Rep Statistics: • Of 2,000+ MBS Reps: 75% – 80% of our Rep Team identify as “spare-time to part-time”. • Spare-Time Reps turn in a new account perhaps once per month to every other month. • Part-Time Reps average 1-4 new business accounts monthly. • Full Time Reps average 3+ (some @ 5 – 10+) new business accounts weekly. • Some Reps accomplish much higher results, but they are not typical. • Even Reps that identify as full-time report an average of working only 30 hours/week. • Most members of the Rep Team average two products per each business account. • Very few of our Rep Team ever “recruit” any other Reps. (Not required) • Of those that do “build a Team,” they only average 3 – 6 Reps total on their team. NOTE: The terms “spare time, part time, full time” are used as reference examples only throughout this manual for convenience only. In strict compliance with IRS guidelines, the COMPANY acknowledges and encourages the REP to always determine at his/her sole discretion the direction about when, where, and how the REP will accomplish their objectives. COMPANY does not exercise control over Reps behavior or financial circumstances as they pertain to when, where and how they work, or if they work at all. The illustrations below, show only Reps making sales, with NO Rep Team income, although all Reps who build a team of any size are paid on the results (sales) of their team.
  • 16. 13 | P a g e “PART TIME” INCOME EXAMPLE (10 Hours Week average) Rep activates 4 business accounts month/ 1 per week average with the two of the most popular products: SMS/Text Select Plan ($159.95/mo.) & Mobile Site Premium ($895). This would generate Up Front commissions (paid weekly) for the month at $1,400. That’s a great part-time income for the ultimate in flexibility while still building Residual Income. “FULL TIME” INCOME EXAMPLE (30 Hours Week average) Rep activates 12 business accounts month/ 3 per week average with the two of the most popular products: SMS/Text Select Plan ($159.95/mo.) & Mobile Site Premium ($895). Because this level of commissions activates additional RANK and MONTHLY bonuses, monthly income would be: $4,760 Front End, not including the Residuals which would have begun month 2. In this example, if accomplished in 10 months, in month 11, if the Rep were still activating the same amount of new accounts exactly as the example illustrates, the monthly income would be as follows: New Account Rep Front End Commissions: $4,760 Residual Commissions on SMS Active Accounts: $7,200 Residual Commissions on Mobile Site Hosting Fees: $1,200 Total Monthly Income: $13,160 If the Rep ALSO activated 1 Local SEO client per month for 10 months, their Residual Income would be increased by an additional $3,000! ($300 X 1 per month X 10 months.) Total Income with SEO: $16,160 per month and growing. This is with no team sales commissions. Average time it takes new Rep to learn our business: Less than 1 month – Really! KEY PRINCIPLE: A part-time person can seriously impact their income for a few hours a month – which is why many of them go full-time (at their option). For a full-time person investing about 30 hours weekly, their target income should be a least $50,000 first year, and by second year, their Residual Income should be at $50,000 alone with a goal of over $100,000 for the year. There is simply no other more in demand or more quickly embraced idea than for businesses to go mobile. This has created perhaps the largest and most lucrative business model for Free Agent Reps in the country in our lifetime. Also, MBS Reps report and display a very high level of happiness, fun and satisfaction resulting in an extremely high level of retention.
