Inventory Assistant (Contract)
Pulled and released parts and equipment to general contractors using CATS computer
system. Inventory was comprised of 600+ items ranging from generators to cables and
other small parts, housed in two adjacent warehouses. Volume ranged from 40-60 orders
per day. As one of five Inventory Assistants, personally handled 15-20 material releases
each day.
After material releases were completed, scanned them and transmitted data to Inventory
Analyst to create spreadsheets for activity reports. Transferred expired equipment to
reserve-excess status.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Received incoming materials and either warehoused them or shipped them via UPS/FedEx
to manufacturers to fill orders. Average volume of incoming materials ranged from 45,000
pounds to 180,000 pounds per day in 20-40 trucks.
One of two clerks handling this volume. Processed associated paperwork, and tracked
incoming and outgoing materials manually.
