To whom it may concern,
I have managed Mark in his role of Complaints Manager in the Chiel Executives Office's
Complaints Management Team. Mark was chosen to join this team as he excelled in his
previous roles as an agent in the Fault Jeopardy and Technical support departments.
Mark's core duties included managing his key performance metrics to the business standards,
providing exceptional customer care and taking ownership and resolving customer issues to
their conclusion.
Mark has proven himself to be honest and fair in all his interactions with customers, agents,
colleagues and the management team. Mark's particular strength is in his dealings with
difficult members, he is patient and understanding and is able to resolve their issues to their
satisfaction and turn round any potential bad experiences.
I have always found Mark to be very polite and courteous and someone that is a great
motivator in the department and freely offers support for his peer group.
Mark has always met the department targets and thrives in a challenging environment. He
exhibits excellent time management skills and flexibility and can be depended upon to
complete his work efficiently.
I feel that Mark will work hard in any endeavour he undertakes and will ensure that it is a
success.
