executives who approaches the service providers
to register on to the platform
• ClickAway has an option on its website which
allows the service providers to register on the
website
• Customer are asked to Rate the service provider
post the service is delivered
• Click Away rates the services of service provider
based on the pre-determined parameters
• Rating by the third party rating agencies for some
premium services
• The service provider can call the end user only
using ClickAway Network
• All the service provider are verified before getting
listed on the website

Immediate Revenue Sources
Lead Generation Model ClickAway will send the details of service provider to end
user, if the end user contact the service provider , it will be
counted as 1 lead.
• Rs 100 will be charged for 10 lead in immediate service
category
• Rs 500 will be charged for 10 lead in delayed service
category
Service provider can chose to promote their listing in a
special section named “FEATURED” by paying a fee
• Rs 1000 for 1 month in immediate service category
• Rs 2000 for 1 month in delayed service category

 Pune also has fairly high internet user and
smartphone user

lower internet penetration compared to others
 Kolkata and Ahmedabad has fairly low internet

 Delhi to Mumbai trade density is high and hence easier to get the “delayed” categories of
services
 Mumbai and Pune are in close proximity and high internet penetration
 Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad falls in one cluster
 Kolkata and Ahmedabad should be on low priority to expand.

Assumptions
 Currently we have around 18000 Service provider registered on our website
 The growth rate will be around 22% at the start of the operation in a city and will decrease by 2% every year
 Assuming that all the categories will grow at the same rate
 Assuming for every 3 immediate service you get 1 delayed service request
