The Big Bang was a massive explosion that occurred approximately 14 billion years ago, causing the very hot and dense early universe to rapidly expand and form the structure of the universe we observe today. It explains how the universe evolved from a primordial singularity into the galaxies, stars, planets, and other astronomical objects we see in the present-day universe. This document provides a basic definition and overview of the Big Bang theory according to a project completed by Marco.
