Clever design
Apart from the fact that a bike should look good,
as a cyclist you need to be seen properly. This is
why our innovative lighting satisfies the most
stringent quality and safety standards. Some
models, such as the Chamonix T10 HM, are
equipped with the AXA Luxx 70 LED front light for
even greater light output. Our integrated lighting
has even won design awards but what is far more
important is that your safety is enhanced.
Robust quality
Gazelle only works with premium-brand e-bike
systems from Japan and Germany. What’s more,
all our bicycles are manufactured in the Nether-
lands (Dieren). This combination guarantees
quality for our customers. Gazelle provides a
10-year warranty on all frames and on all non-
suspension front forks for on-going worry-free
cycling. This is 5 years on suspension front forks
and 2 years on other components. The paint on
a Gazelle is indestructible, as well as being rock-
hard and scratch-resistant in every colour.
For your safety many of our bikes have automatic
lighting and a high-quality lock. All frames and
components are extensively tested in our test
laboratory. The durability of a Gazelle pays for
itself in low maintenance costs and a high
trade-in value.

long rides. That’s why Gazelle is making bikes ever

This E-bike will become a reality in the course of
the 2016 model year when Gazelle will launch
this model – in a very limited production run
– into the market. In addition the Concept
E-Bike will serve as inspiration and innovation
for a new generation of Gazelle e-bikes. Roll on the future!
This design is Gazelle’s forward vision of the next
generation of e-bikes. In years to come
consumers in increasing numbers will be opting
for an e-bike in preference to a conventional bike
or a car, on both practical (traffic jams and
parking issues) and sustainability (environmental)
grounds. In addition to comfort, functionality
and quality, fashionable and distinctive design
will play an increasingly important part in the
purchasing decision process. With the Concept
E-bike, Gazelle together with Giugiaro are taking
the next innovative step in the e-bike
evolutionary process.
The best of both worlds
Gazelle’s experience in optimum Dutch cycling
comfort and Giugiaro’s stylish design blend
together in an iconic manner in the Concept
E-bike. Gazelle contributed expertise in the field
of ride comfort, functionality and quality.
Giugiaro got down to work starting from these
basic principles to create an e-bike with a design
which is futuristic at the same time as being
functional. The result is as revolutionary as it is
harmonious, partly due to the battery, motor and
cables which are integrated into the frame.

Giugiaro acquired much renown in the
eighties as the designer of successful auto-
motive models like the Volkswagen Golf,
Audi 80, Fiat Panda and the Delorean DMC-
12, which was used as the time machine in
the film Back to the Future (1985). Nowadays
the design department of Giugiaro Design,
the Italian design studio is much sought
after for its stylish, practical and comfortable
designs.

A Gazelle Ultimate e-bike gives you a natural cycling expe-
rience using a range of different sensors. These sensors
ensure the bike motor is provided with a continuous flow
of information. The speed, rotation and pedal force sensors
thus ensure that you enjoy optimum pedal force assistance
consistently for effortless cycling.
Displays on Gazelle Ultimate e-bikes have numerous func-
tionalities. You can for instance check the readout for
remaining range, your road speed and distance travelled.
The practical handlebar grip control enables you to set
pedal assistance simply at the press of a button. There is a
built-in walk-assist features to wheel the bike up to 6km/h.
The new Nyon display, which is being introduced on the
Ultimate T2i HM, adds a number of revolutionary functions
to it. Thus Nyon shows you the way back home and you
can set pedal assistance with a great deal of accuracy to
suit your personal needs. The multifunctional wireless dis-
play can be read easily in all lighting conditions. Your Pre-
mium Gazelle dealer will be happy to help you choose and
match the settings to your wishes.
CYCLING NATURALLY ADVANCED DISPLAYS
HANDLEBAR GRIP CONTROL AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL
Gazelle Ultimate e-bikes are equipped with a mid-mounted
motor (Bosch Active Line or Performance Line). The power-
ful Active Line motor from premium brand Bosch is
tailor-made for situations in which you need extra power,
for instance if you ride frequently over hilly terrain. The low
positioning of the motor close to the bottom bracket gives
the bike excellent roadholding as well as perfect riding and
steering behaviour. The high-grade battery is integrated
unobtrusively into the rear carrier. You can go on longer
bike rides up to 145 km thanks to large battery capacity
(11.1 Ah / 400 Wh).
For extra-demanding riders, there is the Bosch Perfor-
mance Line. This extra-powerful motor delivers impressive
performance on any terrain. The Performance Line features
the most modern electronic measurement and control
technology for a unique cycling experience. The sporty
nature of the low-vibration motor is emphasised by its
sleekly designed anthracite-coloured components. It is not
without good reason that the Performance Line has won
the prestigious Red Dot Award.

FRONT-WHEEL MOTOR BIKES
Our Panasonic front-wheel motors are designed
so compactly, that the Gazelle Hybrid F models
look like ordinary bikes. Placing the motor in the
front wheel has the added benefit that it also
makes for easier cycling without assistance. Last
year the Orange C7+ HF was the best-selling
front-wheel motor e-bike in the Netherlands.
