Lake Pamvotida, also known as Lake Ioannina, is the largest lake in Epirus located in northwestern Greece. It is surrounded by the cities of Ioannina to the west and Perama to the north. The lake features small fishing ports and boat services to Ioannina Island. Ioannina, located on the western shore of the lake, is the capital and largest city of the Epirus region with over 100,000 residents. Notable landmarks in Ioannina include the Clocktower, Church of the Assumption, and Fethiye Mosque.
