Passionate Laboratory Technician with wide range of experiences in RNA /DNA and cloning recombinant
proteins, cell based analyzes, preclinical trials, diagnostics samples and growth of cell lines. I have technical
flair in automatic robots and have an education as service and calibration Engineer. I am very committed to
my job, organize and handle many tasks during the day to gain a continuously workflow. My curiosity
motivates me to acquire new skills and be proactive. I like working independently as well in teams and enjoy
the collaboration with colleagues from other countries. I am serious and hardworking team player that also
enjoy humor among colleagues.
Major Accomplisments
 Developed Adjuvant which are tested in combination with a lead TB vaccine candidate (Clinical trial no:
NCT00922363)and HIV 1-Peptide cocktail (clinical trial no: NCT01141205). Both studies showed it is save to
use and induce a strong CMI response in humans.
 Developed an analysis to inactivate Orthopox virus for PCR diagnostic purpose. Vinner L, Fomsgaard A

 Laboratory experiments abroard for optimization of expressing proteins in expresSF+ cells. The quality of
the outcome made it profitable to start production in own laboratory facilities.
 Execute an investment plan for new laboratory facilities which kept “on time on budget”.
 Achieve excellent reputation from the costumer by deliver better services that exceed customer
expectations. Major customer such as Novo Nordisk and Novozymes.
