The UHF Polyester Laundry Tag has beendeveloped
specifically for professional cleaning of linen and textiles.
The label is flat and compact, with dimensions of 60 × 20
mm and a depth of 2.1 mm.
The UHF Polyester Laundry Tag is suitable for many
applications within laundries, textile cleaning services,
hotels, cruise ships and hospitals.
► ROBUSTNESS AND FLEXIBILITY PERFECT FOR YOUR TEXTILES
The UHF Polyester Laundry Tag has excellent mechanical strength and durability. The label consists of 50%
white cotton and 50% white polyester and is therefore very flexible. The label has been developed for linen
products and all types of textiles. It can be easily and discreetly sewn onto textiles or stowed in the garment’s
pockets.
► EXCELLENT TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR APPLICATION
The integrated NXP U CODE 7m chipset of the fabric label reads the RFID frequency: UHF (860 – 960 MHz).
This IC type supports the Standard EPC Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-6C. The large reading range of 5
meters makes it possible to reliably read garments from a distance.
► GOOD CHEMICAL PROPERTIES AND HEAT RESISTANCE
The UHF Polyester Laundry Tag has anti-corrosion properties. Compared to chemical substances (e.g. de-
tergents), the label remains intact due to its cotton/polyester structure. The robust tag can withstand more
than 200 wash loads without any problems. The label can withstand the high temperature cycles of up to a
maximum temperature of +85 °C.

► APPLICATION EXAMPLE: TEXTILE CLEANING SERVICES
The UHF Polyester Tag from iDTRONIC is ideal for textile
cleaning services. Companies — as well as hospitals and
hotels — may use the tag for workwear, bed linen or sur-
gical clothing.
It is important to the customer to know where each gar-
ment is at any given time. Our tag, to this ends, facilitates
the efficient, precise tracking of you laundry items.
By attaching the label to the linen product, customer-spe-
cific parts can be coded with the same UID.
The identification of the label can be handled and controlled by means of a handheld reader. Our C4 Red UHF
GUN is easy to use and reads UHF transponders reliably and accurately. The use of labels within cleaning pro-
cesses saves time. In addition, incorrect allocations are eliminated. This contributes to higher customer satisfac-
tion.
