Borsa dei Servizi alle Famiglie.
Survey on family needs assessment (childcare, elderly care, domestic cleaning, home maintenance and
catering), local services and resources. The study covered 500 families.
Client: Venaria Reale Municipality (Italy)
Activities: team leader. Planned, designed and managed the survey and developing interviews,
questionnaires and focus groups schedule. Trained and managed a team of 20 interviewers. Identified ways
to validate information and developed Access form for data entry. Supervised data entry systems and
procedures. Trained and supervised research assistants. Analysed and organised information and data,
using qualitative and quantitative methods. Wrote up reports and results for presentations.

A project for "urban regeneration" promoted by the European Union (Urban II) to stimulate
development and improve the quality of life in the city district “Barriera di Milano”.

Activities: Meeting with client and teams to organize events and take care of citizens’ social problems.
Created an Excel database to collect and organize information about the territory.

Collaboration with the local authority to define a local monitoring centre for social policies.

Activities: collected, organized and cleaned administrative data. Defined socio-demographic indicators and
prepared written reports with tables, graphs and territorial maps. Maintained dialogue with project advisory
groups and client.
