STC poster final draft
1. The project addresses the process of generating feedback from children aged 2-5yrs in the Intense Support Program (ISP), which seeks to increase the health and wellbeing of disadvantaged
children. We want to create a child-focused feedback tool that facilitates child-participation, so that it is in line with their ethos of child participation and child focused practices. We have
conducted Ethnographic Action Research to investigate the ISP environment, and design, implement and evaluate feedback collection and analysis methods to measure the value of the ISP for
children.
Summary of Goals:
1. Through participatory Action Research, design, implement, analyze, and adapt feedback procedures in a process of collaboration and reflexivity with Save the Children (STC) staff (Elliot,
2012)
2. Ethnographic participant observation to understand the ISP and how well the feedback tool fits in this program.
3. Provide recommendations to STC about how to elicit child-led feedback, based on research
