This document summarizes a 17-day hybrid conference called "ATHENAI" taking place from September 27th to October 10th, 2021 in Athens, Greece. The conference will feature 4 pillars focused on modern Greek culture, sustainability, shopping, and gastronomy/wine. Each pillar will include 3-5 days of virtual sessions and one in-person event. Sessions will feature talks from experts in each field and include cultural performances, workshops, tastings and more. The goal is to showcase how Athens has evolved and now excels in these modern industries. Gift boxes will be provided to attendees of each pillar's events.
