GESKREWE INLIGTING
 Is inligting wat gelees kan word.
 Gewoonlik getik en gebind in ‘n lêer of boek.
 Sakeplanne, sake-inligting, uitdeelstukke en advertensies is
voorbeelde van geskrewe inligting.
 Sakeverslae bestaan uit 3 afdelings:
1. Inleiding
2. Liggaam / Hoofgedeelte
3. Slot
Om ‘n verslag te skryf, behels dus die volgende
stappe:
 Bepaal die hoof boodskap van die verslag.
 Versamel data en feite wat jy by die verslag wil insluit.
Sodra genoeg inligting ingesamel is, kan jy begin om
die verslag op te stel:
 Inleiding – doen veral moeite met die inleiding.
 Liggaam/hoofgedeelte – rangskik alle relevante inligting in ‘n
logiese struktuur.
 Gevolgtrekking – sluit die verslag af deur die hoof boodskap
te beklemtoon.
Hou die volgende in gedagte wanneer jy ‘n
advertensie of pamflet ontwerp:
 Die opskrif moet lesers se aandag trek.
 Maak seker dat daar geen spelfoute is nie.
 Maak seker dat alle relevante inligting ingesluit is.
 Maak seker dat die inligting sin maak.
HOE OM TE REAGEER OP VRAE OOR
WERK EN SAKE-VOORLEGGINGS
 Sodra sake-inligting versamel en ontleed is, moet dit
skriftelik aan die regte werknemers oorgedra word.
 Geskrewe sake-inligting staan as sakeverslae bekend.
 Prente, diagramme, grafieke en illustrasies kan by
sakeverslae ingesluit word om dit makliker te maak om
die verslae te verstaan.
 Moeilike kwessies moet aan al die relevante
werknemers verduidelik word om misverstande te
voorkom.
 Moeilike kwessies kan tydens vraag-en-antwoordsessies
verduidelik word.
 Die spreker moet die gehoor aanmoedig om vrae te vra.
 As die spreker nie seker is of hy/sy die vraag reg
verstaan nie, moet die vraag geparafaseer word.
 As die spreker nie die antwoord ken nie, is dit beter om
eerlik te wees daaroor.
 Moeilike vrae kan ook na die gehoor verwys word, want
iemand in die gehoor ken dalk die antwoord.
 Die spreker moet onthou om die hele gehoor aan te
spreek tydens sulke vraag-en-antwoordsessies.
 Die spreker moenie by ‘n debat met ‘n lid van die gehoor
betrokke raak nie – dit sal die res van die gehoor verveel.
 Die spreker moet eerder die persoon wat die debat wil
voer uitnooi om hom/haar na die voorlegging te ontmoet,
sodat die kwessie bespreek kan word.
