God displayed His plans for His Church in the heavens, for all to watch.

2. MAZZAROTH STORY
IN THE SKY
PART I
Last week we discussed this part
1. Virgo – The virgin holding a branch and an ear
of corn; the promised seed of the woman.
2. Libra – The scales; the price deficient balanced
by the price that covers.
3. Scorpio – The scorpion; the attack of the
enemy; the redeemer's conflict.
4. Sagittarius – The archer; the gracious one; the
redeemer's triumph.
The Hebrew name for
the zodiac is the
Mazzaroth.
Is it possible that the
twelve constellations in
the Hebrew Zodiac
(Mazzaroth) tell a
fascinating story of God's
plan for mankind's
redemption?
I believe so.

3. PART II • 5. Capricornus – The sea goat; the goat of
atonement slain for the redeemed.
6. Aquarius – The water bearer; the living waters
of blessing poured forth for the redeemed.
7. Pisces – The fishes; the multitudes who will
follow; the blessings of the redeemed.
8. Aries – The ram or lamb; wounded and slain,
the blessings of the redeemed consummated.
This week we’ll discuss
this four constellations.
They speak about the
Power and Authority
that Jesus has given to
His church, so she can
be a victorious one.

4. CAPRICORN
• Jesus atonement brings
forth a new church who are
set apart to be priests to
the nations.
• Deliverance and victory are
brought to Christians
through the observance of
God’s Word.
• Jesus’ shed blood defeats
Satan’s power so that
Christians truly experience
life in His abundance.

5. CAPRICORN
• The four signs of Capricorn:
• 1 Capricorn, the goat.
• 2 Sagitta, the arrow.
• 3 Aquilla, the dying eagle.
• 4 Delphinus, the dolphin.

6. CAPRICORN
Capricorn, half goat and half fish.
Symbolic of Jesus atonement, our scape
goat.
• The goat appears to be dying. Notice his right leg
tucked under his body and the left one looks weak.
In the OT goats were offered for sacrifice
• Isaiah 53:7b 7 He was led as a lamb to the
slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is
silent, So He opened not His mouth.
• Leviticus 16:7-10 10 But the goat on which the lot to
make atonement upon it, and to let it go as the
scapegoat into the wilderness.
• Main stars: Gedi = “the cut off” and Dabih = “the
sacrifice slain”
• The Fish being born from the goat points to the
new birth of the church.
• It is from the sacrifice of the Lamb of God, that the
New Church emerges!

7. SAGITTA
THE ARROW
• Sagittarius, shot Sagitta and is directed to an
eagle called Aquila.
• Sagitta is the arrow of God, “the arrow of God’s
deliverance”,
• 2 Kings 13:17 17 And he said, “Open the east window”;
and he opened it. Then Elisha said, “Shoot”; and he shot.
And he said, “The arrow of the LORD’s deliverance and
the arrow of deliverance from Syria; for you must strike
the Syrians at Aphek till you have destroyed them.”
• Is 55:11 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My
mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall
accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the
thing for which I sent it.
• Ephesians 6:12 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers, against
the rulers of the darkness of this age, against
spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
• John 10:17-18 17 “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I
lay down My life that I may take it again. 18 No one takes
it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to
lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This
command I have received from My Father.”
• Again, the stars are proclaiming that Jesus willingly laid
down His life, in obedience to the plan of God!

8. AQUILLA
THE DYING EAGLE
• Representing Jesus Christ and his sufferings at
Mount Calvary.
• Aquila stars: Al Tair “the wounded one”; the other stars
mean: “the scarlet covered one” , “the torn”,
“the torn One”, “the one that was wounded on the heel”
• This eagle was shot by an arrow, God’s arrow
• Isaiah 53:10 10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him; He
has put Him to grief. When You make His soul an offering
for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.
• Psalm 103:5 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
• Deuteronomy 32:11 11 As an eagle stirs up its nest, Hovers
over its young, Spreading out its wings, taking them up,
Carrying them on its wings,
• When we were born again, we were renewed as an eagle
and we started our new life that is much better that the
first part we had.

9. DELPHINUS
THE DOLPHIN
• Remember the fish emerging from the goat
atonement of Christ? That was The Emerging
Church?
• Here the Dolphin vigorously jumping out of
the waters represents the mature church
jumping out of the waters of rebirth
• As Jesus rose up again to life, so the church is
called to rise up
• The atonement work of Jesus Christ does not
only give the new birth to the church, but also
the Holy Spirit and his continuous renewing
work.
• John 3:5 5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I
say to you, unless one is born of water and
the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of
God.
• Galatians 3:27 27 For as many of you as were
baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

10. REVIEW OF CAPRICORNUS
AND ITS SIGNS
• CAPRICORNUS. The result of the Redeemer’s sufferings.
• SAGITTA. The arrow of God sent forth.
• AQUILA. The smitten One falling.
• DELPHINUS. The dead One rising again.

11. AQUARIUS
THE WATER BEARER
Jesus ascending to the
Father sent “The
Comforter” .
It is the Holy Spirit who is
seen in this outpouring.
Christians drinking from this
water are overcomers in
every area of their lives, as
they are filled with power
and might.

• Aquarius: The outpouring.
• Piscis Australis: Drinking the living water.
• Pegasus: The Chief that is returning.
• Cygnus: The Lord or Judge to come.

13. AQUARIUS
THE OUTPOURING
The promised outpouring of
the Holy Spirit
• John 14:16 16 And I will
pray the Father, and He
will give you another
Helper, that He may abide
with you forever
• Acts 1:5 5 for John truly
baptized with water, but
you shall be baptized with
the Holy Spirit not many
days from now.”

14. AQUARIUS. REPRESENTING JESUS;
SEATED HOLDING A LARGE VESSEL
WITH HIS TWO HANDS.
FROM THE VESSEL POURS AN STREAM
OF WATER FLOWING FROM THE
EAST TO THE WEST,
INCREASING INTO A RIVER
• John 4:14-15 14 but whoever drinks of the
water that I shall give him will never thirst.
But the water that I shall give him will
become in him a fountain of water
springing up into everlasting life.” 15 The
woman said to Him, “Sir, give me this
water, that I may not thirst, nor come here
to draw.”
• What was this water that Jesus was
promising? The baptism in the Holy Spirit
with which everyone can be filled.
• Joel 2:28 28 “And it shall come to pass
afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on
all flesh; Your sons and your daughters
shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream
dreams, Your young men shall see visions.

15. PISCIS AUSTRALIS , THE BODY OF CHRIST
DRINKING THE “LIVING WATER” THAT IS UNENDINGLY POUR OUT BY THE
WATERMAN. HERE YOU SEE FULFILLED THE PROPHESY OF JESUS IN JOHN 4:13-14.
• John 7:37-39 37 On the last day, that
great day of the feast, Jesus stood and
cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let
him come to Me and drink. 38 He who
believes in Me, as the Scripture has said,
out of his heart will flow rivers of living
water.” 39 But this He spoke concerning
the Spirit, whom those believing in Him
would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not
yet given, because Jesus was not yet
glorified.
• So now for us believers of our Lord
Jesus Christ, the above prophecy of
Jesus has been fulfilled, baptized in the
Holy Spirit an with unlimited access to
the living waters.

16. THE ROCK WAS JESUS.
HE NEEDED TO BE STRIKE JUST ONCE
• Exodus 17:6 6 Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall
strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink.” And Moses
did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
• Numbers 20:8 8 “Take the rod; you and your brother Aaron gather the congregation
together. Speak to the rock before their eyes, and it will yield its water; thus you shall
bring water for them out of the rock, and give drink to the congregation and their
animals.”
• The Rock (Jesus) in the desert was to be struck once and then spoken to yield water. In
like manner the sacrifice of the Lamb of God was required to be done once and for all,
so the redeemed of the Lord could be able to speak asking for this precious living
water.
• My friends we just need just o ask and the outpouring will come directly to us.

17. PEGASUS
THE CHIEF THAT IS
RETURNING
• Christ on a White Horse
• Revelation 19:11 11 Now I saw
heaven opened, and
behold, a white horse. And
He who sat on
him was called Faithful and
True, and in righteousness
He judges and makes war.
• The prophet Isaiah and
John the Revelator speak
that Jesus will return on a
white horse to judge

18. PEGASUS CRIES OUT
THE RETURNING OF
OUR LORD!
• The stars in Pegasus and
its meanings:
• Markab; “the returning”.
• Scheat; “he who goeth and
returneth”.
• Enif; “the branch”.
• Al Genib; “who carries”.
• Homan; “the waters”
• Matar; “who causeth the
plenteous overflow”.

19. CYGNUS
THE SWAN
• More about HIS return.
• Four of the brightest stars make the shape of a
cross.
• Here the meaning of those stars:
• Dened; “the Lord or Judge to come”.
• Azel; “who goes and returns”
• Fafage; “glorious, shining forth”.
• Sadr; “who returns as in a circle”.
• There are another two ones:
• Adige; “flying swiftly”. (As He will come)
• Arided; “he shall come down”.
• As you can see the name of this stars confirm
the purpose of this constellation

20. REVIEW OF AQUARIUS AND ITS SIGNS
• AQUARIUS (D) The Blessings assured.
• PISCIS AUSTRALIS. The blessings bestowed.
• PEGASUS. The blessings quickly coming.
• CYGNUS. The Blesser surely returning.

21. PISCES
THE FISH
• Expresses the fulness of
the Church after the
resurrection of Jesus
Christ.

THE FISH
• The Four symbols of Pisces
• Pisces: The two Fish.
• Cepheus: The King.
• Andromeda: the Woman.
• The Band: Under control.

23. PISCES
THE TWO FISH
• Two fishes! One is swimming
towards the North Pole while the
other is swimming towards the Sun.
They are tied by a cord that is called
‘Al Risha”.
• We have said that the Fish is
symbolic of the Church. Are there
two churches? Absolutely no!
• The two fishes represent the Old
and the New Covenants,
• The New Covenant that gives as
new and better promises to fulfill
God’s covenant under the
Abrahamic Law.
• These are the New and Old
Testament Churches.

24. CEPHEUS
THE ROYAL BRANCH
• We have learn that “The Branch” is the man
Jesus Christ. Cepheus displays His love
relationship to those who are redeemed.
• Egyptian name: “This one comes to rule”
• You can see that in His hand has a scepter and
a Royal crown on His head.
• He shares with us many crowns.
• Star in his shoulder: “the quickly returning”
• Star in the girdle: Al Pirk, “the redeemer”
• Star on right knee: “the shepherd”
• Here we don’t see the quiet Lamb of God, but
the Righteous Son of God who will be
returning in great power and glory.
• He won’t come as a Lamb, but as our “King of
Kings and Lord of Lords”.

25. ANDROMEDA
THE WOMAN
A picture of the persecuted church,
and her name means: the broken down”,
“the chained”, and “the weak”.
• Her arms are shown as set free, her chains are
broken loose.
• Her legs are chained, but soon she’ll use the word of
God to break loose every chain.
• A church that is unpopular with the world.
• A church that does not realize the power of being
redeemed of the Lord!
• God has built His Church upon the Rock, the Word
made flesh. The fulness of the Church comes after
the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

26. THE BAND
AL RISHA • The star Al Risha is very easy to pick out in
Pisces if you have a dark sky. ... Al
Risha represents the knot or cord that ties
the two Fish together by ribbons at their
tails. In fact, Al Risha means “the cord” in
Arabic.
• This single cord provides a “common”
bond between the two fish.
• If you see the loop in the band, that is the
place where a forearm of a lamb goes.
• It is clear that the two fish are under the
control of the Lamb

27. REVIEW OF PISCES AND ITS SIGNS
• PISCES (D) The Blessings in abeyance.
• THE BAND. On the hands of the “Lamb” (other version: The great enemy, “Cetus.”)
• ANDROMEDA. The redeemed in bondage.
• CEPHEUS. The Deliverer coming to loosen.

28. ARIES
• Picture of Jesus as our
sacrifice Lamb.
• Because of that, He is now
reigning as our High Priest
over His Body, the Church.
• The four Symbols of Aries:
• Aries: the Ram.
• Cassiopeia: The woman.
• Cetus: the Sea Monster.
• Perseus: the Warrior or
Hero.

29. ARIES THE RAM
• The star of Aries gives the idea
of Jesus as the sacrifice Lamb.
• The meaning of Aries: “high”
or “elevated”
• He was elevated on the cross
between heaven and earth.

30. ARIES PRESENTS
THE LAMB OF OD
• There are another three stars with names appropriated
for the Aries constellation:
• El Nath: means “the wounded”
• El Natick: means “the bruised”
• Al Sharetan: means “the slain”
• Philippians 2:7-1 7 but made Himself of no
reputation, taking the form of a bondservant,
and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being
found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself
and became obedient to the point of death, even
the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has
highly exalted Him and given Him the name which
is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus
every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of
those on earth, and of those under the
earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

31. CASSIOPEIA
THE WOMAN
A QUEENLY ELEGANT WOMAN, SEATED
WITH HER FOOT AND CHAIR UPON THE
ARTIC CIRCLE, A BRANCH IS IN ONE
HAND AS SHE COMBS HER HAIR WITH
THE OTHER.
One of the stars in Cassiopeia is called
“the freed”.
• Close by, King Cepheus from the sign of Pisces
extends his scepter toward her.
• The Bride, the Lamb’s wife chosen by our
Lord and King Jesus.
• Revelation 19:7 7 Let us be glad and rejoice
and give Him glory, for the marriage of the
Lamb has come, and His wife has made
herself ready.”
• Esther 5:2 2 So it was, when the king saw
Queen Esther standing in the court, that
she found favor in his sight, and the king
held out to Esther the golden scepter
that was in his hand. Then Esther went near
and touched the top of the scepter.
• Cassiopeia represents the Spirit filled
Church, resting in the Spirit of God.

32. CETUS
THE SEA
MONSTER
• Cetus, the Leviathan.
• His main star Mira means: “Rebel”
• The main characteristic of this star is that
shines brightly, but fades quickly.
• Another star: “the arch-deceiver”
• Isaiah 27:1 27 In that day the LORD with His
severe sword, great and strong, Will punish
Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan that
twisted serpent;
And He will slay the reptile that is in the sea.
• Compare the large size of Leviathan with the
one of the king. It looks enormous and
intimidating, but the Word of God says:
• 1 John 4:4 4 You are of God, little children, and
have overcome them, because He who is in
you is greater than he who is in the world.

33. PERSEUS
THE WARRIOR
OR HERO
• Perseus: means “the breaker”.
• The King walking on the brightest part of the Milky
Way. He is wearing a helmet, and wings upon his feet;
symbolizing the Conqueror Jesus.
• As the Breaker, He broke the chains used by Satan to
keep people under his bondage. He is
the only one able to break the Seven Seals in the
book of revelation.
By His left foot there is a star Atik: “he who breaks”
Star Al Genib: “one who carries away” Star
Mirfak: “one who helps”
• A serpent’s head is held in the Kings hand, her name
is Medusa: “the trodden under foot”
• Luke 10:19 19 Behold, I give you the authority to
trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the
power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means
hurt you.
• Because He trampled the Serpent, now we can
trample upon the enemy using the power and
authority that He has given us.

34. REVIEW OF ARIES AND ITS SIGNS
• ARIES (C) The Blessings consummated.
• CASSIOPEIA. The captive delivered.
• CETUS. The great enemy bound.
• PERSEUS. The “Breaker” delivering.
