Lean Manufacturing is a management philosophy whose main objective is to
deliver the maximum value (*THROUGH THE PEOPLE*) with the least amount
of resources possible. Concepts such as minimization of waste and
continuous improvement are part of the practices that involve the creation of
continuous flows, based on the actual demand of customers, in addition to
the analysis and improvement of the flow of products . The proposal of this
practice, presented to the world by the Japanese, is the elimination of losses,
which are limited to the accomplishment of unnecessary activities, which
generate cost, but do not add value.

HARADA THE SPIRIT OF SELF-CONFIDENCE: THE LEAN
HUMAN SIDE
Sanosuke Harada (1840-1868) was a samurai born in Iyo,
Mastuyama (now Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, Japan) in
Bakumatsu or the end of the Edo era. He was the tenth captain of
the Shinsengumi, a police group of the Tokugawa regime. He loved
to fight and was present in all the fights that could decide the fate
of the Shinsengumi. He was a rough, short-tempered man,*yet
very sentimental, valuing his friends* and treating his subordinates
well, characterizing the *Lean Human Spirit*.

1 Contemporary World
The world is constantly changing and companies need to
continually follow this dynamic. For this, it is indispensable that
its employees are knowledgeable and are aligned with the
strategic vision of the company, and that work according to a
system that allows them to develop and grow, in a consistent, in
the pursuit of ambitious results. On the other hand, people in
general, in the natural desire *to be happy*, can not always
achieve their goals, for lack of a method that will allow them, in
a sustainable way, to make decisions and take the necessary
steps, with confidence and determination, to be successful in
their *personal and professional* lives.
2 Objective:
To stimulate the self-confidence of being to achieve its short-,
medium- and long-term goals, concomitant with those of the
Corporation / Organization / Client etc.. Knowing that
communication should not be restricted to economic-financial
performance, but also consider other factors (*including
intangible, intuitive thoughts*) that guide business action and
which lead to the creation of ethical, moral, quantitative,
qualitative values.
2.1 How to Practice?
Through positive energy existing in the Universe, always
seeking preventive, predictive and reactive actions, to solve the
problems of which they are part of our life,… thus leaving the
*comfort zone* which guide us!!!!!.
2.2 How to Reach?
To allow the quantum energy that is radiated to all of us on the
face of the earth, applying techniques of meditation, reflection
and contemplation with great discipline, in order to achieve
temperance, resilience,*emotional intelligence* and enlightening
inspiration.
The *concept of Emotional Intelligence* emerged in 1990,
proposed by researchers Peter Salovey and John Mayer. However,
it became known worldwide after the publication of the book
Emotional Intelligence, in 1995, by Daniel Goleman.
2.3 How to absorb?
Through Simplicity, Respect, Humanity, Paradigm Breaks and Inner
Reformation…… and all of us can do it at all.

MODIFYING AND VALUING PEOPLE WITHIN THE CORPORATE WORLD, THROUGH LEAN HUMAN SPIRIT / LEAN MANUFACTURING Lean Manufacturing is a management philosophy whose main objective is to deliver the maximum value (*THROUGH THE PEOPLE*) with the least amount of resources possible. Concepts such as minimization of waste and continuous improvement are part of the practices that involve the creation of continuous flows, based on the actual demand of customers, in addition to the analysis and improvement of the flow of products . The proposal of this practice, presented to the world by the Japanese, is the elimination of losses, which are limited to the accomplishment of unnecessary activities, which generate cost, but do not add value.

  • 4. Sanosuke Harada (1840-1868) was a samurai born in Iyo, Mastuyama (now Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, Japan) in Bakumatsu or the end of the Edo era. He was the tenth captain of the Shinsengumi, a police group of the Tokugawa regime. He loved to fight and was present in all the fights that could decide the fate of the Shinsengumi. He was a rough, short-tempered man,*yet very sentimental, valuing his friends* and treating his subordinates well, characterizing the *Lean Human Spirit*. SYNOPSIS

To allow the quantum energy that is radiated to all of us on the face of the earth, applying techniques of meditation, reflection and contemplation with great discipline, in order to achieve temperance, resilience,*emotional intelligence* and enlightening inspiration. The *concept of Emotional Intelligence* emerged in 1990, proposed by researchers Peter Salovey and John Mayer. However, it became known worldwide after the publication of the book Emotional Intelligence, in 1995, by Daniel Goleman.
