Innerwealth Culture Change Seminar Outline
Change. Guiding, directing and motivating positive change. This seminar
helps focuses on the dynamics of succeeful culture change. How to lead
it, drive it, direct it and achieve the outcomes you want.
The program introduces process and techniques for handling resistance,
motivating people and creating clear guidelines.
A Culture of Human Potential is for:
- Companies who are looking to get more done in less time
- Leaders who are looking for the shortest path for change
- HR managers looking for new technologies to help people cope
- Consultants looking for new design elements for culture planning
- Individuals looking for perfomrance and contentment at work
- Companies in environments where adaptation and change must be fast
This 2 Day Seminar created because:
Successful leaders recognize that the life force of corporate performance
is personal performance. In order for fast companies to grow and thrive
they must find new ways to help their people self manage. People who
are driven from within leave on Friday with more energy than when
they started the week. Leaders are increasingly called to generate
better working environments where people are encouraged to their full
potential. We crreated this seminar for senior managers in order to share
those skills.
Building a Culture for the Future
What is your company strategy? How long do you have to make it
happen? What human atributes will make it happen? How do you get
people invested in the new strategy. The VIP Culture Change program
is a unique but amazingly adaptive process for culture development.
This process is based on individual skill definition and therefore it is an
opportunity to re train those whose skill is not adequate.

Day 1 Afternoon Session
Surviving - Thriving - on Culture Change.
Staying calm in the depth of confusion and chaos. In this session we
look at our minds, our perceptions and emotions, the human complexity
and the solution to stress and anxiety. There are many personal
challenges during change and they require intense effort to prevent
them from affecting us personally and professionally. We demonstrate
the construction, process and function of “The Collapse Process” for
managing emotion, confusion and uncertainty.
The Collapse Process provides attendees with a more sophisticated and
faster way of staying healthy, balanced and productive. This Innerwealth
Process will open up new possibilities in staying calm, relaxed and at
peace during challenge. Chris takes you beyond judgement and reaction
to a more relaxed state of self-awareness.
The Collapse Process also offers attendees a valuable tool in helping
others through personal and business challenge. As a Coaching Tool,
the Collapse Process has been proven to be one of the most affective

Day 2. Morning Session
Chris Walker - Designing the “New Culture”
Be In Your Element at Work
One management style does not “fit all”. “Be in your Element at
Work” brings a unique understanding of diversity into management
and leadership. “Be in Your Element at Work” can transform
workplaces. It helps individuals consider their own unique style and
how best to create the environment that suits them. Be in Your
element at work also affects relationships and lifestyles. Just by
knowing a persons Elemental Constitution, you will know the best
way to manage, allocate work, inspire and avoid conflict. An organic,
yet powerfully dynamic means of human development.
Designing workplace environments is a critical ingredient of future
planning in particular while Culture Change is taking place. How do
we accommodate all management styles in one organization and
remain functional at a global level. Self Awareness is a key and
through this “Be in Your Element at Work Process,” different people
can react to different circumstances in their own way within one
culture.

Day 2. Afternoon Session
Personal Inspiration - Staying Motivated
What motivates people? How do we sustain our motivation through
change? What causes depression and lost commitment and how, even
in the face of uncertainty can we keep our spirits up, our health and
wellness sustained and our inspiration alive?
Blame and victimhood can become rife during times of change because
people can feel dis-empowered and somewhat disconnected from their
own destiny. In this session we encourage participants to take the
power back into their own hands. To push away the tendency to blame
or feel victimized (dis-empowered) and acknowledge the opportunity
their is to control mind-set, feelings and expectations.
This vital session accepts that uncertainty is a part of culture change
and yet, it shares tools and process to ensure that our personal
investment in creating a better workplace, long term security and a
global responsibility is not lost in the melee.
How do we stay motivated? What is the difference between inspiration
and motivation? How can we help others who seem to be struggling
to maintain a positive productive attitude? This and more in this final
session on Culture Change.
