3. Water Pollution:
Water pollution is any chemical, physical or biological change in water
quality that has a detrimental effect on anything that life consumes.
• Causes:
• The human being is the main cause of
water pollution, which can be affected
in many ways: with the dumping of
industrial waste; because of the
increase in temperatures, which cause
the alteration of water by decreasing
the oxygen in its composition
• Consequences:
• First, the disappearance of
biodiversity and aquatic ecosystems.
Also, the human being is greatly
harmed by the alteration in the food
chain and contracted diseases by
drinking or using contaminated water.
5. ground pollution:
The contamination of the soil supposes the alteration of the terrestrial
surface with chemical substances that are harmful for the life in
different measure.
• Causes:
• The improper storage of waste, its
intentional or accidental spillage, the
accumulation of garbage on its surface
or the burying of it, as well as leaks in
surface or underground tanks due to
breakdowns or deficient
infrastructures are some of its main
causes.
• Consequences:
• The consequences can be suffered
silently, causing a constant trickle of
victims, whether human or animal
and plant species, as manifested.

It is a special pollution, based on the alteration of gases suspended in

This contamination represents one of the types that many people do not know but that is directly
related to the aesthetics of a region but little by little it is progressively affecting the health of any
individual leaving an important environmental impact.
• Causes:
• It is not necessary that they be
luminous warnings to contaminate the
environment; it suffices that they are
described in great quantity as
advertisements and informative
• Consequences:
• From the billboards, the visual
contamination is usually highly
evident and is due to the high amount
of them that are distributed
throughout the city.
