• Some tips:
• Create a diversity Statement or CoC for your Community
• Recruit more Women in your Community
• Providing mutual support and an understanding environment to
discuss issues
• Explicitly invite women speaking
• Discourage Sexualized presentations
• Don't allow Sexist humor, Online harassment, or other behaviors
that discourage women
