Users can perform gradient elution simply and accurately by entering mobile phase ratios,
flow and transformation time into related lists. The software also provides corresponding

•Spectrum scanning
The software provides the function of spectrum scanning in order to test the deuterium
lamp. Users can intuitively detect light intensities of the deuterium lamp under different

judge the indication error of wavelength through positions of the 486nm and 656nm
points.
•Event relay

• Traditional cam-based quaternary gradient products have some inherent defects. How does the piston rod move?
A flexible conveyor belt is driven by the movement of a step motor to actuate the cam and turn the piston rod in
reciprocating motion.
• The working process is complicated, since the cam profile is not a standard Archimedes line. This makes it difficult
to mass produce and process. Also, the step motor’s positive and negative switching is based in seconds, so
infusion must be compensated with a jack-head pump. This leads to an inaccurate proportion of diverse infusion
channels and marked deviation.
• The linear motor’s travel control is determined by a driving pulse number, while the positive and negative phase
are controlled by high and low electrical levels. It is possible to control deviation of displacement per turn of the
pushing shaft within 0.01 mm, and the turning angle of the step motor connects precisely with displacement of the
related piston rod. The turn angle is controlled by a digital pulse circuit, and the piston rod displacement is directly
related to the linear digital value. This allows you to control the switch on/off times for the four solenoid valves A,
B, C and D, to make zero positioning more accurate. This ensures precise control of the quaternary mobile phase
proportion.

Injection needle protection unit—sampler will automatically stop
to protect injection needle from damage when it fails to inject vial
as normal.
If the vial detector does not detect a vial, the system will
automatically stop or skip to the next position based on user defined
settings.
Continuously monitors tube status—if the injection needle tube is
blocked, it stops running immediately and sounds an alarm. This
prevents unexpected failures due to blockage.
To prevent inaccurate sample injections and other problems caused
by fluid leakage, the system is equipped with a leakage detection
unit that warns the user immediately in the event of leakage.
