STEP UP GUIDE AND QUICK INSTALLATION TIPS
STEP 4
Using a ladder, place rail coupler at a point
200mm above the roof line. Fix 2 more couplers
at 500mm and 1000mm above this same point.
Ensure the coupler “tongues” are positioned
facing upwards to hold handrail.
STEP 5
Using a ladder, place the aluminium tube rails in
position, then tighten each coupler.
QUICK INSTALL TIP:
If 2 people are available then the horizontal rails
can be fitted to the posts while on the ground.
Lift the complete assembly into place and tighten
screw jacks under the eaves.
STEP 1
Measure the height to the underside of eaves
and place the cantilever bracket at correct height
on the easyrail post.
STEP 2
Place base of post over a screw jack and lean
against the roof edge of the building. Repeat and
space no more than 4m to desired length.
STEP 3
Adjust the screw jack until the cantilever bracket
is held firm under the eaves. Ensure the post is
vertical and the cantilever bracket is under a solid
member if required, fix bracket to underside of
eaves.

STEP 1: The two parts of the klamp are
separated by sliding them apart to create
an opening to fit the thickness of the
edge to be protected.
INSTALLING KING KLAMPZ IN SIX EASY STEPS
STEP 2: The klamp is then positioned
so that the exposed edge slots into the
opening between the two parts of the
klamp. The base of the upright support
rests on the top surface of the exposed
edge and the slotted adjustment piece is
lifted vertically until it comes into contact
with the under surface of the edge.
STEP 3: while holding the klamp
in place, insert the wedge into the
adjustment slot nearest the floor.
STEP 4: Use a mallet or hammer to drive
home the wedge to tighten the klamp
against the edge.
STEP 5: Scaffold tube guard rails are
then attached horizontally to the upright
supports using standard scaffold clips, or
with the Square Rail klamp, timber guard
rails are slotted in place and secured with
nails or screws.
STEP 6: Finally a timber toe board is
slotted in place at the base and secured
with nails or screws.

DamageD ProDuCTS
Easy Access Co is happy to replace any products damaged in transit providing they have been correctly signed for
and the damage has been noted on the Proof of Delivery. It is the responsibility of the receiver to check all deliveries
thoroughly, and sign for them appropriately.
Any damages which have not been signed for as damaged, we are happy to look into on a case by case basis. In these
cases a discount on a replacement is the most likely solution, as we are unable to claim anything back from the freight
company, if the delivery has not been signed for as damaged.
Concealed damages are accepted from our freight carrier in the case when the damage is entirely concealed by
cardboard or packaging that cannot be seen through. If the damage is obvious on the packaging then concealed
damage is not accepted. We do however endeavour to be as easy to deal with as possible, so any issues with
deliveries please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.

Credit requests for freight damage/ issues please refer to our damaged products section.
Credit requests for faulty items - we will look into and replace any still within their warranty free of charge.
