To Whom It May Concern,
It is with great pleasure to recommend Amanda Cappella to you as a future teacher.
She has worked for the Extended School Year program at Quarry Hill Elementary
this summer, where I am the Head Teacher. Amanda was the teacher for a Multiple
Disabilities Support classroom.
Observing Amanda has been a rewarding experience. Amanda is well organized and
prepared for her students by creating and adapting lesson plans to meet individual
students needs. When greeting her students as well as teaching them, she is
enthusiastic, and takes the time to get an appropriate response from them. Her
students appear motivated throughout her lessons as they engage in small group
and individual instruction throughout the day. Amanda’s organizational skills and
positive mannerism has maintained a positive learning environment for all of her
students.
I highly recommend Amanda Cappella as a future teacher for your schools and
