This document describes a morning meeting weather board activity created for an autism support class. The activity has students read a weather forecast, look up weather online, and set up a chart with the current temperature, high, low, weather condition, and appropriate clothing. It practices skills like telling time, reading numbers, understanding temperature scales, and correlating weather to clothing.

visuals and news broadcastvideos)
Navigating the internet to look up the weather online
Practicing knowledgeof days of the week and weather conditions
Furthering understanding of number scales and number correspondence
through temperature readings
Develop and understanding of the temperature, and correlation between
what clothes and outer wear should be worn
Set-up the chart with the correct weather condition, clothing to wear,
currenttemperature, high, temperature, and low temperature.
