Morning Meeting Weather Board
Created for an Autism Support/Life Skills Class at
North Penn High School
Skills Practiced:
 Reading and interpreting a weather forecast(based on news forecast
visuals and news broadcastvideos)
 Navigating the internet to look up the weather online
 Practicing knowledgeof days of the week and weather conditions
 Furthering understanding of number scales and number correspondence
through temperature readings
 Develop and understanding of the temperature, and correlation between
what clothes and outer wear should be worn
 Set-up the chart with the correct weather condition, clothing to wear,
currenttemperature, high, temperature, and low temperature.
PA Common Core:
3.3.4.A5- Describe basic weather elements, identify weather patterns over time.
