I am a hardworking and devoted Behavior Analyst with over 6 years of
experience using ABA technologies in clinical settings, conducting
research, and teaching and developing coursework for undergraduate and
graduate college instruction. My personal career goals are to continue to
implement research studies in areas I am passionate such as sports
training, performing arts, and animal training. I am seeking employment
which will allow me to continue to conduct research and develop my
existing skills of data based assessment, and using behavioral
interventions to enhance the quality of life for others and continue to

ABASI is dedicated to the teaching, mentoring, and coaching of
evidence based behavior analysis training methods to athletic
trainers, instructors, and coaches, in order to enhance the
performance of athletes participating in competitive sports. The goal
is to sustain a more positive coaching relationship between trainer
and athlete based on reinforcement and data based evaluation.

Pediatric Health Choice, Tampa Florida
Provided behavior analysis services to a variety of youth in the child
welfare system with a recently relocated home environment.
Diagnosis of clients included ADHD, PTSD, Attachment Disorder,
Autism, and/or Intellectual Disabilities, who possessed a wide range
of problem behavior. Problem behavior ranged from stealing,
inappropriate sexual behavior, property destruction, aggression,
inappropriate vocalizations, and inappropriate toileting.
• Conducted functional behavior assessments and devised
behavioral intervention plans which corresponded with FBA
results.
• Trained parents, staffs, and other supports on procedures in
the plan.
• Collected data on treatment integrity of plan implementation.
• Conducted a variety of behavioral acquisition programming
with clients such as social skills training.
• Wrote monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of services
to ensure continuation of funding and make data based
decisions based on current client progress.
• Graphed and analyzed client data to make treatment
decisions and update treatment plan accordingly.
BEHAVIOR ASSISTANT (now referred to as Registered Behavior

Implemented behavior intervention plans written by a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst. Assisted with the conducting of
assessments, data collection, and staff integrity checks. Clients
included adults with Autism and Intellectual Disability who displayed
a wide range of problem behavior including but not limited too:
elopement, aggression, self-injurious behavior, inappropriate
vocalization, and property destruction.

assessments, and the production of behavioral intervention
plans, which corresponded with FBA results, under the
supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

sessions to assist in overcoming client dependencies,
adjusting to adult life, and making changes.
• Conducted behavioral acquisition programs such as
increasing appropriate socialization, job skills, independent
living, etc.
• Completed and maintained accurate records and reports
regarding the client’s history, progress, and services required.
• Reviewed and evaluated client’s progress in relation to
measurable goals described in treatment and care plans.
• Interviewed clients, reviewed records, and conferred with
other professionals to evaluate client’s condition and
determine suitability for participation in programs.

PURE BARRE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR / 2014-current
Pure Barre Westchase, Westchase Florida
Pure Barre is a full-body workout concentrating on the areas women
struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. The
technique pulls from ballet training, Pilates, yoga, and strength
training techniques. The pure barre technique is low-impact,
protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. A
stretching section follows each section of the workout in order to
create long lean muscles without bulk.
• Teach 10-15, 55 minute classes per week
• Responsible for choosing choreography for each class and
changing choreography daily.
• Learning and using the “Pure Barre Technique” in each class,
which focuses on specific feedback, positive reinforcement,
and hands on corrections.
• Assisting with the training of new teachers at the Westchase
location.
DANCE & MUSICAL THEATER INSTRUCTOR / 2015-current

I work as the musical theater instructor and direct the company’s
musical theater program. In addition, I teach ballet and also substitute
teach other areas of dance classes when needed.

Diagnosis of clients included ADHD, PTSD, Attachment Disorder, Autism, and/or Intellectual Disabilities, who possessed a wide range of problem behavior. Mallory Quinn, page 4 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (outside of ABA) PURE BARRE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR / 2014-current Pure Barre Westchase, Westchase Florida Pure Barre is a full-body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals, and arms. The technique pulls from ballet training, Pilates, yoga, and strength training techniques. The pure barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. A stretching section follows each section of the workout in order to create long lean muscles without bulk. • Teach 10-15, 55 minute classes per week • Responsible for choosing choreography for each class and changing choreography daily. • Learning and using the “Pure Barre Technique” in each class, which focuses on specific feedback, positive reinforcement, and hands on corrections. • Assisting with the training of new teachers at the Westchase location.
