This program is a scheduler for Twitter. It would have a few options from a webpage. This needs to run
on a windows based server. The page is accessed by login. Once logged in, the page displays as shown:
The First section of the page is to schedule a new tweet. Date and time have drop down selectors (or
any entry / validation method is fine) A text dialog box that allows for the entry of the tweet, and has a

2. counter at the bottom showing how many characters are in the message and how many left (out of 140
chars allowed) The dialog box should allow more than 140 characters be entered, but should show RED
if more than 140 characters in message. There should be a repeat option, which allows for None, Daily,
Weekly, or Monthly. An optional End Date for the repeat can be entered, or left as ENDLESS.
The Next section of the page shows the current scheduled tweets in a scrollable list. Each Tweet will
have an EDIT and DELETE button. Pressing Edit will load the tweet into the top section editor, allowing it
to be changed. If the Delete button is pressed, the option should come up for the following: DELETE
THIS MESSAGE, or DELETE ALL if it has future repeat messages associated with it.
The bottom section allows for the setting of the Twitter account being used and the login info to access
to the tool.
