This document outlines a Zen method practice in 3 steps: purification (jojuka), introspection (naikan), and creation (souzou).
The purification step involves cleansing oneself of garbage, dirt, and trauma from living according to others' expectations rather than one's own voice. Introspection is listening deeply to oneself to understand desires, dislikes, feelings and comfort levels. This builds self-awareness.
Creation involves identifying aspirations based on introspection, writing them as wishes, chanting the wishes aloud, and releasing them without attachment. The goal is to connect to one's authentic self and manifest that in the world freely.

You can also take out like garbage.

1. Feel the emotion what made your trauma.
2. You will feel intense emotion such as
sadness, anger.
3. Apologies to yourself. And embrace it.
4. When you can feel love to your emotion,
Your trauma is cleansed.

If your trauma is too harsh, that make you
upset or occur flash back.
Don’t force to take out. Even you have
trauma, You can hear your heart voice.

We use shakyo to the same way.
