Education means more to me than going to school and getting a diploma or a degree; it means
developing thinking and decision-making skills to prepare for a mature life. Without education our
world would be completely different. I believe that education is the most important aspect not only
of my life but everybody's lives. Any person has the ability to learn and grow through experience of
a proper education. As a society, we shall work together to improve our knowledge to become
capable of more possibilities.
In my classroom, students will expect me to be an encouraging, motivational, dedicated leader
who respects them. I want my students to work just as hard as I do but have fun at the same time. Students
shall never have the fear of making mistakes because naturally humans make mistakes and
it turns into a learning experience. Through teamwork, my students will be confident, successful
young children who will gain intellectual thoughts and be able to use them in their everyday lives
as they mature, and become productive citizens of the world.
Professionalism comes with working in a school district. In my school district, I will work with
the teachers in the same grade level to improve the curriculum for the students. I believe that
working with colleagues allows for collaboration and improvement of education. Not only working
with other teachers, but with the administration will bring the school district together to achieve
the common goal for the students which is giving all students an equal opportunity of proper
education.
