My name is Riley Jones, and I believe the balance between education, family, work and personal
interests are the key to your own success, balancing while striving to grow and be better at and
enjoy each of them. My personal work ethics include but are not limited to: integrity, emphasis
on quality, discipline, sense of teamwork, humor, and being outgoing. I enjoy management that
are organized, considerate, friendly, respectable, and someone who can listen. I am a college
graduate (human services) and I am also certified in 12 different relevant areas.
I was intrigued by this field by being exposed to addictions in my family dynamic. I took what
was thrown in my direction from family and friends and learned from these experiences. These
life experiences, fueled my passion to take this career path. My goal for the future is to work in
a supportive role on a community level and I am hopeful one day to be an entrepreneur.
I can be very autonomous, I am able to work on my own with little help – once I have the
directions (if directions are required) I will work through my task until finished. I am ambitious,
eager, humble, open minded and very reliable. Being humorous has been a helping hand in field
work, sometimes when you are down you just need a little giggle. I express positive vibes and I
am highly passionate about my career choice and I am excited to put my skill set into practice.
It is also important to me find financial stability in life through progressing in my career and
achieving my goals. I believe continuous education is key in this industry as well as a great self-
awareness. My hope for the future is to gain as much experience as possible to help serve and
support as many people in need as I can. I look forward to the opportunities this future career
has in store for me.
