Job Description
As a member of organization, the Project Manager manages one or more customer engagements that
entail the implementation of our applications.
Job Responsibilities
• The Program Manager will manage assigned projects that entail implementations of our
enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget outlined in the SOW.
• Manage project teams that typically comprise of onshore and offshore resources.
• Communicate effectively with customer project managers, SMEs, stakeholders and executives.
• Prepare project plans and estimate project effort.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, identify and resolve project issues, manage customer
expectations and maintain ongoing and regular communication with the customer.
• Partner with and develop positive relationships with representatives from other departments
including Product Management, Engineering, Development and QA.
• Partner with sales teams and professional services management to estimate effort and scope for
services and write Statements of Work as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Healthcare,
Energy and Utility, Life Sciences.
• Experience with Supply Chain, ERP or CRM applications.
• Experience managing project teams of over 10 people and in managing offshore resources.
• Detail oriented project manager.
• Experience managing project P&L.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer facing skills and ability to communicate to executives as well as other
stakeholders.
• Experience estimating effort and scope for services.
• Required to travel within Europe + India.
• Knowledge of a Second language in addition to English such as French, German, etc.) is
preferred.
2. Position: Project Management/Risk Transformation
Reporting to: Global Head, BFS Risk Practice
Location: UK- London.

Role Description:
• Evangelize and lead consulting engagements on Enterprise Risk Transformation
• Advise and mentor Risk transformation delivery / support programs
• Build and lead a team of Risk Transformation specialists
• Assist Head, Risk Practice in (a) Identifying use cases for building contemporary offerings
(Real time, digital, emerging risks, Integrated risk etc) (b) Reference architecture for Risk (c)
“Reimagine” Digital enabled CRO (d) Create /Validate/ Review niche offerings (e) Create
contents - White Papers / Point of Views (f) Participate in Industry forums (g) Create Client
advisory group who can be leveraged for content & offering reviews (h)Other engagements, as
need arises
