 Create New Company
 Select Existing Company
 Proceed

6. Create Company
Enter Organization Name
Enter Address(Optional)
Save
Home : Startup

7. Dashboard
Click on Category to create Asset block

8. Create Category
**For DepreciableAsset only
 Enter value in following fields
1. Category Code (AnyValue) 5. Old ITAct Rate (ITAct)
2. Description 6. New IT Act Rate (ITAct)
3. Old CAct Rate (CompaniesAct) 7. New Rate Effective Date
4. New CAct Rate(CompaniesAct)
 Select Method:WDV/ SLM
 Save

9. Asset Creation
DEPRECIATION PROCESS-1
Normal Process of Maintaining Asset and Calculate Depreciation from date of purchase/ put to use
1. Create NewAsset
2. Select Category
3. Enter Purchase Date/Use Date
4. Give Original Purchase Cost/GrossValue
5.Adjustable Cost to alter purchase cost for other expenses.

DEPRECIATION PROCESS-2
A. One Minute Solution for Depreciation Calculation F.Y 2014-15,Where Old Record from Date of
Purchase is not Maintained.
1. Create BlockWiseAsset.
2. Select Category
3. Enter Purchase Date/Use Date as 04/01/2013
4. Give Original Purchase Cost/GrossValue as on 31/03/2013
5.Accumulated Depreciation as on 31/03/2013
B. For NewAsset PurchasedAfter 31/03/2013 follow Process-1.

12. Depreciation Calculation
Select FinancialYear and Proceed (For allAssets Depreciation)
Enter Description(Optional) and Proceed - (For SelectedAsset Depreciation)
Filter by Category/Asset ID (Optional) and Proceed for Selected Category Depreciation.

13. Depreciation Reversal
Click on reverse option to undo Depreciation
If Depreciation is to be reversed then start from top to the year of choice.

14. Report
Alter Deprecation
** If need be depreciation in particular asset can be altered

16. Depreciation Report schedule II(Companies Act)
1. 1st Page is according to schedule 2 Performa for fixedAsset.
2. Page 2 is for detail and Reconciliation for current year depreciation.
3. 100% Depreciation shows for assets havingWDV more then salvage value but 0 age of asset as per
new rule.
4.Transfer to Reserve amount shows to bring theWDV equal to salvage value for asset havingWDV
less then salvageValue as on 31/03/2014.
