Looking for professionals with great ideas
JUMP is a network of festivals and conventions across Europe providing a
training and a mentorship programme for music industry professionals to
develop their innovative business models.
We are supporting projects or ideas, which we think are going to positively
impact the music industry.
JUMP is co-financed by the Creative Europe of the European Commission and implemented by 6
Festivals et Conventions accros Europe: MaMA Festival & Convention (FR/ Leader), Un-
Convention (UK), C.T.L (PT), M.E.S.O (GR), Nouvelle Prague (CZ) and MIH (IT).
In 2019, with two associates partners: XpoNorth (UK) & Lollapalooza Berlin (DE).

You have an innovative idea, but need
some support to make it happen. By
following JUMP START, we will help
you structure your idea so that is ready
to be implemented at the end of the
nine months.
You already have a project, which has been
operating for one or two years, but even
though it has a lot of potential it is struggling to
progress to the next level.We will help you
identify the main areas of your project where
you require further support and focus on
putting you on the strongest path to success.
JUMP is an accelerator programme open to all professions of the music
sector.This includes live, recording, publishing, management but also
service providers with a focus on the business side of the industry.
The important aspect for us is that there is a need for your project within
the music industry ecosystem, and that it is innovative in its approach.
We have supported projects fostering social change, enhancing technical
development or building bridges between the key players of the
in 2019 and we want to keep this diversity in 2020.

• Each fellow is matched with a tutor, a renowned music industry expert
• The tutos comes from a different country than the fellow.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 Being the head/manager/founder/initiator of the idea/project (please kindly
note that only one person can apply, but that you can apply on behalf of a
group, or company, or band)
 The call is directed at experienced music industry professional with at least 3
years of experience in the music industry
 The call is open to applicants from the 28 Member States, as well as Iceland,
Norway and Switzerland and the 5 candidate countries (Albania, Montenegro,
Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey).
 Participants must be fluent in English
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
24 NOVEMBER 2019 – MIDNIGHT
PRE-SELECTION:
10 DECEMBER 2019
FINAL SELECTION:
10 JANUARY 2020

  • 3. JUMP is a network of festivals and conventions across Europe providing a training and a mentorship programme for music industry professionals to develop their innovative business models. We are supporting projects or ideas, which we think are going to positively impact the music industry.

JUMP is co-financed by the Creative Europe of the European Commission and implemented by 6 Festivals et Conventions accros Europe: MaMA Festival & Convention (FR/ Leader), Un- Convention (UK), C.T.L (PT), M.E.S.O (GR), Nouvelle Prague (CZ) and MIH (IT).   • 5. JUMP2020 TWO DIFFERENT STRANDS 5 You have an innovative idea, but need some support to make it happen. By following JUMP START, we will help you structure your idea so that is ready to be implemented at the end of the nine months. You already have a project, which has been operating for one or two years, but even though it has a lot of potential it is struggling to progress to the next level.We will help you identify the main areas of your project where you require further support and focus on putting you on the strongest path to success.

JUMP is an accelerator programme open to all professions of the music sector.This includes live, recording, publishing, management but also service providers with a focus on the business side of the industry. The important aspect for us is that there is a need for your project within the music industry ecosystem, and that it is innovative in its approach. We have supported projects fostering social change, enhancing technical development or building bridges between the key players of the in 2019 and we want to keep this diversity in 2020.

Funding (public funding, venture capital) Immersive experience (the new frontiers of sound, fan interactions: IOT, apps, AR/VR) Cultural economics (music in the city, music & tourism, music as a social inclusion factor locally) Project development & management International (new tools for export, European networks) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA  Being the head/manager/founder/initiator of the idea/project (please kindly note that only one person can apply, but that you can apply on behalf of a group, or company, or band)  The call is directed at experienced music industry professional with at least 3 years of experience in the music industry  The call is open to applicants from the 28 Member States, as well as Iceland, Norway and Switzerland and the 5 candidate countries (Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey).  Participants must be fluent in English
