written policy on workplace violence.

should
work on
these area.
All the employees should be treated fairly and should
be judge properly.
Upper level management should more cooperate with
other employees.
Personal conflict should be avoided within the
organization.
Employees need proper effective training to reducing
workplace violence.
They need more concentration on mentally torch issue
whether employees can work with satisfaction.
19. Conclusion
Our research and study on these report give us a great
knowledge about the workplace violence of an
organization. Workplace violence highly affect and
destroy organizational frame work. In this organization,
upper managerial employer more aware to reduce and
control workplace violence problem. They have effective
written policy and their employees are trained on
workplace violence prevention. They take suitable
corrective action to solve the violence problem.
