• Switch on or turn off the following settings according to
requirements
General Settings
• ‘Use the return/enter key to send messages’
• ‘Prompt visitors to send messages’
• ‘Help visitors start a conversation with your page’
Response Assistant Settings
• ‘Send instant replies to anyone who messages your page’
• ‘Stay responsive when you don’t have access to your computer or
phone’
• ‘Show a messenger greeting’
