3. INTRODUCTION
 Six Thinking Hats is a system designed by Edward de bono
which describes a tool for group discussion and individual
thinking involving six colored hats.
 "Six Thinking Hats" and the associated idea Parallel thinking
provide a means for groups to plan thinking processes in a
detailed and cohesive way, and in doing so to think together
more effectively.

 Analyze the data that they have.
 Check out available space in that city.
 Note the economic outlook is good.
Wearing the black Hat
 Economic forecast could be wrong.
 If the building is unattractive, then
companies will choose to work in

 Thinking with a Red Hat, some of the

looks ugly and gloomy. They worry that
people would find it an oppressive or
uninspiring place to work.

De Bono's Six Thinking Hats is a powerful
