3. THE CONTAINERS
MODS start off from an ISO steel shipping container; these durable, strong, wind
and water tight containers provide the shell for your MOD unit. All cutouts are
welded with structural steel to keep the structure rigid, safe, and secure.
The most popular sizes are 8’x20’ and 8’x40’. Other sizes are available. Multiple
units can be placed next to each other to create larger complex units. These units

stacked to maximize a small footprint. The corners are interlocked to keep the
structure together and also provide ease of moving and set up in another location.

4. THE PROCESS
DESIGN – Your ideas come to live in our Design Department. Our in-house
architect will take your ideas and create a floor plan to suit your needs.
FABRICATION – All fabrication work is done at our shop in a controlled
environment to ensure quality and craftsmanship in a timely matter.
INSTALLATION – Depending on your MOD unit, we can install and hook up
utilities in about an hour on your site. For multiple units, we will weld and use twist
locks to keep the containers locked together. MODS are designed to be moved
and set up multiple times.
