It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Mike Ammons. I was Mike’s co-worker
and briefly his supervisor until I changed departments.
Mike worked for Bibliotheca for several years. Mike began his employment as an entry-level support
technician. He worked his way up into the Installation department where he flew around the country
conducting installations and training on Bibliotheca hardware and software for public libraries.
Mike was then promoted to Project Manager where he began managing installation projects for Bibliotheca
products.
Mike is a very bright, passionate and personable individual with an exceptional desire to do what is best for
both the company and the customer. He is highly self-motivated and very capable of achieving any goal he
sets his mind to. His quick promotions from support tech to project manager is an example of that.
Mike welcomes any leadership opportunity and meets deadlines in a timely manner. I would definitely trust
Mike’s judgement in assessing any situation and seeing it through to completion. He is an asset to any
company he works for.
