Greenhouse is MB's new global social intranet launched in February 2012 to improve employee collaboration and knowledge sharing. It is built on the Jive platform. A user describes how Greenhouse has become part of her daily routine for catching up on the latest insights and discussions. She finds it useful for finding relevant content to enhance client proposals and presentations. It allows easy access to expertise from colleagues globally, improving work life. The coolest thing is the level of collaboration it enables with some of the greatest minds in MB.

It has become part of my morning coffee “news” catch up. I visit some of my
favourite groups to catch up on the latest thinking (as well as the RSS feeds) Singapore

page, as there are some really interesting questions posted and I feel that I

2. What do you most often use it for?

I thought in the beginning it would simply be a place to find information (a “newer” version of
MB Online). But I have since realized that it is SO much more than that. Of course it is a great Account Manager – Quant
place to find information, but the beauty of Greenhouse is that this is no longer PM Executive – Quant
limited to “official” information only. There are tons of links to external articles
and viewpoints, people share their opinions and experiences and often the Thailand
“unofficial” MB content is what adds a ton of flavour to proposals and
presentations. Following discussions in Greenhouse is the same as having a virtual Group Account Director – Quant
team of experts helping you solve complex client questions. I like the fact that there is so

Part of my role is helping CS teams incorporate the latest thinking/strategy into
new business proposals and presentations. Greenhouse makes it easy to find Philippines
