Job Responsibilities:-
The Incumbent as a member of the Production Team is responsible for ensuring continuous
and efficient Production volumes in terms of Quantity, Quality, Budgets, Plan, safety,
Productivity, yield and disciplinary standards as established, for a given area of
operations/zone.
1. To allocate the work among operators on a daily basis on machines/work center / shifts
and Prepare shift schedules.
2. Managing and Leading Departments Production Planning, Processing, Packaging &
maintenance.
3. Controlling Operation and Maintenance of Upgrade plant, Dryer unit & Crusher unit.
4. Responsible for Production targets to achieve the same within time and cost parameters,
finalize the production & Packaging Monthly Targets with sale of Edible and Upgrade
salt.
5. Responsible for making daily opening & closing report of salts of P.S.P.
6. To supervise the production activities on a day-to-day basis guiding the operators and
trouble shooting for smooth operation of machines/processes.
7. Co-ordinate and follow up with engineering dept. for timely availability of the services to
attend breakdowns, interruptions and scheduling of maintenance.
8. To coordinate with purchase dept. and vendor for ordering and rectification issues of
machines and packing material.
Additional charge:-
1. Managing stock levels of salt at central stores.
2. Arrangement of logistics & Dispatching of Kyar, Resta, Pan ,Upgrade & Super wash salt.
3. Responsible for forthnight & weekly statement of Kyar or Resta salt.

2. Educational Qualification:-
1. B.Tech in Electrical Engg. From Jaipur National University, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) in
2012 with 56.04 %
2. 12th from C.B.S.E Board, Ajmer in 2008 with 63.15%
3. 10th from C.B.S.E Board, Ajmer in 2006 with 72.50%.
Industrial Experience:-
1. Training in J.K. White Cement, Gotan, Nagaur (Rajasthan) of 45 days.
2. Training in Thermax (Thermal Power Plant) of 7Mw under J.K. White Cement.
Work Experience:-
1. Worked as Tech. Supporter in Fulera Cement Pvt. Ltd Fulera from 2/8/2012 to 15/7/ 2013
2. Working as Jr. Manager (Production) In Hindustan salt limited (on contract) from
01/01/14 to till.
