RUITC’s INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITY:
                    GATE2RUBIN PROJECT
The Gate2RuBIN project is implemented by a
consortium of three network organizations:
         Russian Agency for Support of Small
         and Medium Business (RA) (Module A)
         since 1992, 50 SIORA network members in 50 regions
         of the RF
         Russian    Union    of    Innovation
         Technology Centers (RUITC),                                        Financial support :
         coordinator (Module C)
         since 2002, 27 members in 19 regions of the RF
                                                                    Foundation for assistance to small
          Russian Technology Transfer Network                         innovative enterprises (FASIE)
         (RTTN) (Module B)
         since 2001, 71 members in 32 regions of Russia and 3
         CIS countries                                          (regional centers’ activity on technological

RUITC’s PARTICIPATION IN THE
                                    WAINOVA


Russian Union of ITC and the World Alliance of innovation WAINOVA signed an
agreement on joining of the RUITC into the Alliance as an official representative of
Russia.

WAINOVA includes
- 28 leading scientific and technological associations, parks and innovative centers all
over the world,
-2500 innovative and technological centers,
-350 000 technological companies, operating in scientific parks and incubators.

WAINOVA’s objectives:
- Cooperation with other organizations and international institutions that promote
development, global scientific, technological and economic growth.
- Improving the efficiency of the work carried out by all the organizations of the
WAINOVA.
RUITC’s PARTICIPATION IN THE
                                       IASP


RUITC is a partner of IASP in Russia and has an access to “POINT” opportunities
for searching projects for internationally known companies.

Now, two centers from Russian Union of ITC are the full members of IASP –
“Scientific park of Moscow State University” and “Zelenograd innovation and
technology center”.

IASP is an world known association of scientific parks, innovative centers and
other innovative institutions. IASP includes 388 members from 70 countries with
128000 innovative companies.
PROPOSAL ON SUPPORT MEASURES FROM
         MINISTRY OF ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT

Target: provision of investment attractiveness and competitive positioning of
ITC to develop regional innovation infrastructure




Challenge: absence of sufficient "long" working capital for the construction of
premises and outfitting with a modern research and production equipment



Support measures:
- subsidizing of the interest rate on loans to the construction of ITCs’
infrastructure,
- development of the program to create centers of collective use in ITC.
