Network (EBN)
EBN – European Business Innovation Centers (BIC) Network
( > 150 members: business incubators, innovation and business
centers).
Memorandum Of Understanding
Goals:
• Exchange best practices on innovative business creation and support.
• Support the internationalization of their own activities and of the ones of their
members and of their client-companies.
• To stimulate joint project-development and implementation in the framework of
EU and Russian economy policy.
EBN Goal: growing the quantity of BICs BIC Goal: support for the start-up
inside the EU and outside and SME companies
11. LOGO RUITC in Enterprise Europe
Network
On the 12 th of June 2008 Cooperation Agreement under Article
21.5(CIP) was signed between European Commission (General
Directorate, Enterprise and Industry) and the Consortium of 3
Russian Networks.
About 10 third countries have submitted CIP-EEN proposals,
Full-scale membership in EEN and access to tools, methodology
and databases,
No funding from EC.
The main goal is: assistance to the development of
international and technological business co-operation between
SMEs, R&D organizations and support infrastructure of Russia and
EU, contributing to their competitiveness.

Gate2RuBIN
Gate to Russian Business and Innovation Networks (Gate2RuBIN)
Gate2RuBIN is the project of Russia’s participation in the
Enterprise Europe Network.
The project is implemented by a consortium of three
network organizations:
Union of Innovation Technology Centers of Russia
(RUITC), coordinator;
Russian Technology Transfer Network (RTTN)
Nonprofit Partnership;
Russian Agency for Support of Small and Medium
Business (RA).
The Consortium receives the public support for
implementation of Gate2RuBIN’s project from the Ministry for
Economic Development of the Russian Federation (MED RF)
and the State Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative
Enterprises (FASIE).
