Contribution:
 Supporting the Production Environment.
 Staying in direct contact with clients on a daily basis and coordinated with them in many
occasions in getting through with tough issues related to AMS (Application Maintenance
Support).
 As a part of L2 team, worked on different Change Orders from Clients, mostly based on
Mapping Changes, Parameterized mapping, Setting up of Synchronization between Business
Systems, Setting up Routing Rules, Metadata Configuration of IDoc and various Enhancements
requested by Client.
 Worked on most of the Standard Adapters like File (using both NFS and FTP transport protocol),
SOAP, RFC, JDBC, Idoc, XI.
