1. Outlook for Week of August 24, 2015

Sell signals for Nasdaq, S&P 500 and Nikkei. All major stock indexes are
now in bearish trend with downward MoM

Bonds (TLT) stay fully bullish.

MoM turns up for gold, which is closing in on its RevL. A weekly close
above 1172.19 would put gold in bullish trend.

$EURUSD also closing in on its RevL.

Oil is testing $40 level. Still fully bearish. Waiting for MoM to turn back up.

Wheat remains in bearish trend with downward MoM.

Also on the daily level all major stock indexes are in bearish mode with
downward MoM. Waiting for MoM to turn up.

Bonds (TLT) have picked up steam and stay fully bullish.

Gold has built on its gains. Hold.

$EURUSD keeps rallying. Hold.

Oil stays fully bearish. MoM is reaching the depressed -7 area. May be
close to a tradeable bottom. Watch MoM for reversal.

Wheat stays weak bearish and bounce attempts seem to have failed.

Sell signal for Bitcoin, France, Italy, Switzerland
Comments:

We clearly have the downward acceleration I
warned for last week. Our world markets table is
almost completely red.

Now it becomes a wait for bottoms. Significant
corrections and bear markets typically end with
MoM turning up from major lows in the -5 to -10
area.

Comments:

7 stocks bullish, down from 12 last week. Below
10 = bearish market. See article:
Keeping an eye on the Dow stocks

Things have been worsening gradually since
the end of June, when the number of bullish
stocks fell below 15. Now we see the market
cave in, and only 7 Dow stocks stay in bullish
trends, which means it is no longer a mildly
bearish market.

At some point we will start getting speculative
buy signals when MoM turns up from bottom
levels. It may be tempting to buy what look like
“cheap” stocks, but until weekly MoM points up
again for the stock it is usually better to wait,
especially for long term investors..
