Mr. Lucas Kayizi completed an internship as an IT Helpdesk Technician with Grow3 Limited
from 5th November, 2014 to 25th February, 2015.
His scope of duties comprised the following:
• Providing technical support, assisting with office IT (laptops, Macs, internet connectivity and
database)
• Setting up new team members with IT logins and systems access
• Maintaining the company’s CRM database through communication with the IT Manager
• Collaborating with and supporting the Marketing and Human Resources teams in their daily
activities
Lucas used his previous IT knowledge as a basis, and continued to expand his knowledge
and skills during the length of his internship. He familiarised himself quickly and efficiently with
the company.
He was capable of working in both a team environment as well as taking the initiative to
work individually on a task or assignment. He had an excellent rapport with our employees.
It has been a pleasure working with Lucas. He has a positive attitude and a good work ethic,
which contributed to an open and constructive working atmosphere. Lucas quickly adapted
to a new cultural environment without any difficulty. He was part of an international team,
with different social and professional backgrounds, and he integrated well.
