Responsibilities
• Coding all training and games using Fairplay's Performance Analyst program, liaising
with the team’s Head Coaches.
• Setting up of all equipment for both training and game days, with the Western Force
Senior Squad, Perth Spirit NRC & Western Force u20’s.
• Filming all training and game days for the Western Force Senior Squad, Perth Spirit
NRC & Western Force u20’s.
• Set up and running of all team performance meetings.

• Gaining the experience and knowledge of working with a Super Rugby & NRC teams

Responsibilities
• Running an effective performance analyses program to help develop team and individ-
ual game play, by analysing/coding all game play to create detailed stats and visual for
coaching staff and players.
• As the assistant S&C coach I was given a wide range of athletes across the university
and was involved in running/developing the universities training programs. All programs
were results driven to push the athlete to their full potential.
• Worked in a variety of different schools across South Wales, through work experience
towards my BSc. Strategically planning detailed and effective sessions to children ages
5-16. Running sessions and liaise with head of physical education, further developing
the session and myself.
Achievements
• Men’s 1st rugby team were promoted three years in a row and made it to the highest
level of university rugby in the UK.

• Feb 2013 contracted from the UK to play for the Leeton Phantoms in NSW.
• April 2013 Represent the Southern Inland Brumbies and became undefeated
champions in the provincial Championship.
• June 2012 became Four Nations Undefeated Champions, with Welsh Universi-
ties 7’s.
• June 2011 was awarded player of the tournament for Welsh University 7’s in the
Home Nations Championships.
• 2006 - 2009 English Premiership ASSE Champions, with Worcester Warriors
ASSE.
• 2007 Semi-Finalist in the Daily Mail Cup, with Worcester Warriors ASSE.
• 2007 beat Wales twice in a two match series.
• All England Finalist, with Worcester Mini Juniors 3 Years running at Twickenham.
