Since Oct´2017, has been co-training and co-managing (with Axialent) a successful M&A intercultural facilitation
program, involving Alpek – a leading petrochemical company (headquartered in Mexico) – to buy and culturally
integrate a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) producer: Petroquimica Suape (PQS), an ex-Petrobras company, in
Northeastern Brazil.
Led a thorough Change Management Diagnostic Assessment for Makro Latam in Peru (Jul-Oct´2017), in
partnership with ex-IBM colleagues, to enable a reformatted Oracle Disaster Recovery intervention, led by
Makro Brazil, to enable segment competitiveness plus buy-in and stewardship from Makro HQ´s in Holland.
His consulting career was built and matured at former Big-5 companies, such as Coopers&Lybrand (PwC),
Ernst&Young and IBM Brazil Business Innovation Services, in charge of multinational projects like Goodyear
South America HRO Implementation, Coca-Cola SAP Infinity Project, Vale Global Forest ITO Program and
Nii/Nextel Latam Organizational Excellence Program (budgets from USD 6-9 figures).
Invited (2016) by Eagle´s Flight (experiential learning) to perform as international facilitator mostly in Latam,
helping reenergize management teams at Alcatel (Brazil, Argentina & Colombia), Nokia (Argentina), AMC Textile
(Brazil) and conduct post-training executive coaching thereafter.
Since Aug´2003, created and has been leading an “out-of-the-box” Business Transformation and Change
Management consulting group, renowned for customizing best-in-class solutions and delivering results through
international cooperation in order to support IT CRM HR & M&A projects in Brazil, in the Americas and globally.
Invited to lead Pre-Y2K Forum for Competitiveness – in charge of both national and international conventions
and seminars (from design to deployment), sponsored by SAP, HP, BaaN, Berclain, Symnetics, Seal and Oracle.
Luiz Botelho has been working in Management Consulting and Professional Services for over the last ~30
years, both in local and international engagements, taking place in Brazil (most regions), Latin America (Argentina,
Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela) and within the United States (Florida, Georgia, New
York, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Missouri, California, Arizona, Illinois and Ohio). His professional expertise
comprises for the most part the “end-to-end” implementation of professional services in the areas of

Introduction

Preceded by an extensive 2-month assessment
phase with Minsur CEO & corporate board (in Lima,
Peru) and Taboca CEO & directors (in Manaus and
Sao Paulo, Brazil), the Corporate & Executive
Alignment Program (based on Patrick Lencioni´s "5
Dysfunctions of a Team" approach) comprised a
total 6-month effort to develop a most required
"High Performing Team” model (2013).
As per CEOs feedbacks, both Minsur and Taboca
companies raised their internal trust index to
outstanding levels and celebrated a new phase of
effective action-planning teamwork that role-
modeled to the entire organization thereafter and
increased productivity and effectiveness significantly,
throughout the whole value chain.
Responsible for CM&C – Change Management &
Communications, PDS – Process & Data
Standardization (assisted by a team of 4 HR
Analysts), OD – Organizational Design and KS –
Knowledge Sharing (Education & Training;
Operational Readiness). Luiz provided multiple
Change Management services and support to an
ACS global client (Goodyear) at an HRO outsourcing
project, together with an SAP-HR implementation
(led by Deloitte) in Latin America, delivered in a total
of 9 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia,
Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru & Venezuela).
Integration workshops in various LATAM countries
as well as video-conferences were key for pilot
project success and rollout (2006-2008).
As an M&A International Facilitator in liaison with
Mexico HQs, its Executive Team in the U.S. ,
Argentina and Brazil, Luiz was instrumental at helping
Axialent design the cultural integration framework
that preceded the creation of the APB (Alpek
Polyester Brazil) Manifesto (mission, vision et all).
As project implementation local leader (Brazil) and
coach/trainer (2018-2019), Luiz helped smooth the
integration to facilitate the launching of a local
Culture Committee that oversees 6 action teams.
Luiz Botelho was directly responsible for
implementing the global MoC (Management of
Change) strategy within Vale´s Forest Program
(Global ITO implementation, in liaison with HP, 2009-
2010).
Strong partnership with Forest Program project
leaders and change agents in all regions (Latin
America, North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific),
acting as a primary source of leadership,
mobilization and coaching to Vale´s Global Change
Agent Network (IT Business Partners) and enabling
the successful localization / customization of the
MoC global strategy at their operational sites.
Focused on day-to-day MoC strategy development,
tactical management, leadership coaching, change
impact analysis, project planning and status
monitoring / reporting, as well as communication
reinforcement and training strategies, surveys,
templates and final deliverables within Vale´s Forest
Program, across all geographies.

Full Name Position Since Oct´2017, has been co-training and co-managing (with Axialent) a successful M&A intercultural facilitation program, involving Alpek – a leading petrochemical company (headquartered in Mexico) – to buy and culturally integrate a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) producer: Petroquimica Suape (PQS), an ex-Petrobras company, in Northeastern Brazil. Led a thorough Change Management Diagnostic Assessment for Makro Latam in Peru (Jul-Oct´2017), in partnership with ex-IBM colleagues, to enable a reformatted Oracle Disaster Recovery intervention, led by Makro Brazil, to enable segment competitiveness plus buy-in and stewardship from Makro HQ´s in Holland. His consulting career was built and matured at former Big-5 companies, such as Coopers&Lybrand (PwC), Ernst&Young and IBM Brazil Business Innovation Services, in charge of multinational projects like Goodyear South America HRO Implementation, Coca-Cola SAP Infinity Project, Vale Global Forest ITO Program and Nii/Nextel Latam Organizational Excellence Program (budgets from USD 6-9 figures). Invited (2016) by Eagle´s Flight (experiential learning) to perform as international facilitator mostly in Latam, helping reenergize management teams at Alcatel (Brazil, Argentina & Colombia), Nokia (Argentina), AMC Textile (Brazil) and conduct post-training executive coaching thereafter.   • 2. xxxxxx Preceded by an extensive 2-month assessment phase with Minsur CEO & corporate board (in Lima, Peru) and Taboca CEO & directors (in Manaus and Sao Paulo, Brazil), the Corporate & Executive Alignment Program (based on Patrick Lencioni´s "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" approach) comprised a total 6-month effort to develop a most required "High Performing Team” model (2013). As per CEOs feedbacks, both Minsur and Taboca companies raised their internal trust index to outstanding levels and celebrated a new phase of effective action-planning teamwork that role- modeled to the entire organization thereafter and increased productivity and effectiveness significantly, throughout the whole value chain. Responsible for CM&C – Change Management & Communications, PDS – Process & Data Standardization (assisted by a team of 4 HR Analysts), OD – Organizational Design and KS – Knowledge Sharing (Education & Training; Operational Readiness). Luiz provided multiple Change Management services and support to an ACS global client (Goodyear) at an HRO outsourcing project, together with an SAP-HR implementation (led by Deloitte) in Latin America, delivered in a total of 9 countries (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru & Venezuela). Integration workshops in various LATAM countries as well as video-conferences were key for pilot project success and rollout (2006-2008). As an M&A International Facilitator in liaison with Mexico HQs, its Executive Team in the U.S. , Argentina and Brazil, Luiz was instrumental at helping Axialent design the cultural integration framework that preceded the creation of the APB (Alpek Polyester Brazil) Manifesto (mission, vision et all). As project implementation local leader (Brazil) and coach/trainer (2018-2019), Luiz helped smooth the integration to facilitate the launching of a local Culture Committee that oversees 6 action teams. Luiz Botelho was directly responsible for implementing the global MoC (Management of Change) strategy within Vale´s Forest Program (Global ITO implementation, in liaison with HP, 2009- 2010). Strong partnership with Forest Program project leaders and change agents in all regions (Latin America, North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific), acting as a primary source of leadership, mobilization and coaching to Vale´s Global Change Agent Network (IT Business Partners) and enabling the successful localization / customization of the MoC global strategy at their operational sites. Focused on day-to-day MoC strategy development, tactical management, leadership coaching, change impact analysis, project planning and status monitoring / reporting, as well as communication reinforcement and training strategies, surveys, templates and final deliverables within Vale´s Forest Program, across all geographies.
